Heart of Chelsea - Greenpoint

Dr. Hackney and the entire staff (Katie and Lilliana) are wonderful! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Dr. Hackney addressed every concern and carefully reviewed our dachshund’s medical history, which meant a lot to us. I especially appreciated how thorough and considerate he was during the appointment and prior to, when I reached out with a few questions. It’s reassuring to know we have a compassionate vet + team in the neighborhood. We feel fortunate to have found him and look forward to entrusting him with our dog’s care for years to come.

I’m so excited to have a Heart Of Chelsea in this neighborhood! The hospital is brand new, clean and beautiful. I was able to get an appointment promptly and was welcomed warmly. Orleny and Katie were amazing with my very nervous dog! He took his chill pills before his visit and they quickly won him over with love and treats. Dr. Hackney is really thorough and checked my dogs teeth closely. They were able to get blood, give his vaccine and trim his nails too (which he never lets me do). Thank you!

Highly recommend Heart of Chelsea Greenpoint! We worked with Liliana, Katie and Dr. Hackney. All very loving of our new girl Rose. You can tell they respect every pet and are all very knowledgeable. Beautiful location too 🙂

I went to Heart of Chelsea’s Greenpoint for my dog who was having bloody sneezes. During my visit to Heart of Chelsea Dr. Tristan Hackney and the Technician, Katie, were kind, patient, informative and thorough. I received multiple follow up calls regarding my dog to check-in and ensure he was getting better and to also ensure I felt supported. In every visit, they have gone above and beyond to provide the best care and I can’t imagine going to any other vet. I highly recommend for any pet parent looking for top notch medical care!

I had a really lovely experience here. I am very protective of my cat (closest comparison would be Parker Posey in Best in Show lol) and taking her to the vet is always so dreadful for both of us, but it was a very smooth experience here. First, the clinic is brand new, so everything is sparkling clean and in good condition. When I brought my cat in, we were immediately ushered into an examination room to wait there, rather than waiting in the lobby, and we never had to deal with barking dogs in the lobby, which scare her. Dr. Hackney was very kind, patient, and took his time with the appointment. The technician Katie who was holding my cat for most of the exam was such a gentle soul and I felt very comfortable with my cat in her care. And the front desk person Lilliana was a ball of joy. I really feel like going to the vet no longer has to be a stressful experience and I am really grateful for that!

Very happy with the service we received today. Our pup, Homer, is a bit squirmy when being examined but they were very patient and gentle with him. They were running late due to 2 emergencies, but were very communicative about the delay. Zero complaints!
