From the moment we walk in, Gladys is always welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful especially when we’ve needed last minute or emergency appointments. A huge thank you to Dr. Pritchard for her quick action, accurate diagnosis, and for guiding us to the right specialists for Lola. Because of her care and support, instead of losing her, Lola has made almost a full recovery and is now back to her happy, energetic self. We are deeply grateful for the follow-up, compassion, and genuine concern shown throughout Lola’s recovery. It meant more to us than we can express. Thank you for everything. Dr. Pritchard, Michael, Gladys, and the whole team at Hope Animal Hospital are wonderful. They take such good, thoughtful, and personalized care of my cat, and I’m so grateful for all they’ve done to help him through some recent health challenges. We only have good things to say about Hope Animal Hospital! This was the first vet we took Floofer to after rescuing him in 2019 and we've been going ever since. I took my kitten for a full body check up. This is my first time experiencing vet hospital and the service was incredible. The very first checkup for pets was free with no cost. Even my kitten loved that place. Prior to our leaving, the provided a lot of goodies for my cat. Will definitely visit there soon

My cat went missing for three months and I bought my cat to hope animal and the experience was amazing. The doctors here are experts and they gave me sound advice to get my cat back to normal. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I love this place. I recommend this to anyone!!

Do not trust this place. Found a new vet after they did a cystocentesis procedure (extract urine from bladder via needle) on my pet without consent. Frankly absolute traumatizing. At the same visit the pushed the CareClub membership so hard my partner was convinced they were running an MLM/scam. Tried to get me to spend $$$$$ for "critical tooth extraction" then bait and switched to trying to schedule "just a dental cleaning." I never saw the same vets, tech, or even front desk staff twice- perhaps the wild turnover due to staff having personal ethical qualms with issues like the above. Everyone deserves better than this practice. We switched to GoodVets located at City Point Mall. We had a great first time experience, so dropping the recommendation for anyone else looking to switch in the area.
