100/10 for their treatment of guinea pigs. My guinea pigs who are typically a bit skiddish and difficult to handle were extremely relaxed and happy while at All Ears Vet -even though through a nail trim. Each time one of them would squirm or squeal, the team was patient, gentle, and soothing to get the job done. I asked several silly questions as a new guinea pig owner and it was a judgement-free and helpful space. It was absolutely worth the travel from the Bronx to Brooklyn at 7:30 in the morning to bring them here. The price is worth the quality of care and as a former dog owner is reasonable for vet services in NYC!

I brought my pet rabbit Luna to All Ears Vet for the first time and I am truly blown away by how kind and caring everyone was. Luna is almost ten years old, I have had her her whole life, so she means absolutely everything to me. As we know, with age comes a few health concerns, and I was feeling nervous going in. Both Dr. Emily Haines and Tiffany, the tech, were fantastic. They were gentle, compassionate, and took the time to walk me through options and thoughtful improvements I can make to support Luna’s quality of life. I felt heard, supported, and never rushed. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is calm and inviting. I am so grateful to have found this practice and will absolutely be making them Luna’s primary vet moving forward. Highly recommend. 🐰

Toby, my eclectus parrot, was a first-time patient at All Ears Veterinary for a wellness visit. We had been seeing another vet for many years, but since moving to the neighborhood, I wanted to try this clinic, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Emily provided truly exceptional care. She suggested examining Toby without any restraints, which immediately impressed me. Her calm, gentle approach made Toby feel at ease; he was curious and cooperative throughout the exam, even tilting his head as if fascinated by her technique. The entire team was warm, professional, and attentive from start to finish. It was such a positive experience that Toby and I felt comforted and confident. We’re so grateful to have found Dr. Emily and All Ears Veterinary.

I have a finicky little crested gecko I brought in for his first checkup since he seemed to not be feeling totally well. The All Ears team was absolutely fabulous with him. If you are searching for an exotic vet, look no further! I am so happy to have found an exotic vet who handled my little guy with such care and caution. I had such a great experience at All Ears Veterinary! My toy poodle papa went it for his annual visit. The front desk ladies were welcoming, friendly, and absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in. Tiffany, the assistant, was so attentive and incredibly helpful, she made sure everything was smooth and comfortable. The doctor was straightforward, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for such wonderful service!

The employees at All Ears are incredibly kind. They were lovely to a very anxious cat mom and treated my nervous cat Shirley kindly also. I was allowed to push my appointment up because my cat is a terror to get in the carrier and we had to strike when I got her in 3 hours before my actual appointment time. The visit was thorough and every medical step was explained to me. Pricing was quoted and I was even shown on ways to cut back on the final bill. I will use this vet now for a long time to come.
