Realmente es lindo , pero muy mal por qué no sabía que no aceptaban niño la persona dela oficina dijo que tenía que dejar el hotel porque no aceptaban niños

Un lugar muy especial, te sientes como en tu casa, la atención es increíble, cuartos amplios, decoración preciosa, desayunos riquísimos, la vista es un sueño. Todo hecho con mucha dedicación y gusto. Me encantó haberme quedado allí. Lo volvería a repetir.

Berry Springs Lodge was an absolutely phenomenal experience! My girlfriend and I stayed two nights in the "Colorado" suite, which featured a private deck overlooking the beautiful rolling hills of the Smokies, complete with our own hot tub. Our room also had a real gas-lit fireplace along with plenty of other modern amenities. We loved the shower—it seemed to have an endless supply of hot water! Everything was impeccably clean, quiet, and incredibly peaceful. A huge thank-you to Amber, who set us up with a wonderful breakfast and was so personable and professional the entire time. We can't wait to book again at Berry Springs Lodge!

I will be recommending this place to everyone. The location is the perfect getaway - secluded and quiet, but close to all the fun of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. The lodge itself is so cute. The lobby area is inviting and relaxing to hang out in. The mountain lodge theme carries throughout the whole building. Our room was spacious and clean and had a fantastic view. The breakfasts are delicious and filling, and they had great gluten free options. The nightly desserts are a sweet bonus! I hope we can come back here again!

This place is the absolute most beautiful, comfortable, romantic, and is off the main strip but still right in the middle of everything. We were at most 5 minutes from Dollywood, 15-20 to Pigeon Forge and about $30 to Gatlinburg. The crew here are some of the absolute sweetest, hard working and diligent people i have ever had the privilege to have host myself and husband. It is so quiet and is surrounded by the most beautiful scenery available. The hot tub was my absolute favorite, only to be closely followed by the free soda, fresh baked goods, and many snacks for free. The rooms were spotless, bathroom was the cleanest I have seen and the balcony and jacuzzi were in the best shape possible. My only wish is they would set up the "mini bar" type drinks and other goodies, so that when they leave for the night they can still be purchased or charged to the room. Other than that I cant say enough good things about this lodge. Do be prepared not to have a refrigerator or microwave in the room, but there is a guest refrigerator and microwave down stairs. Also they do not have a ice maker, but provide bags of ice. Again this place will be my forever go to when we come up here!

Stayed for 3 wonderful nights in early October 2025. I will simply pile on the other reviews. Wonderful property, serene setting, beautiful views, warm hospitality, great breakfasts, clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed rooms. Close but not too close or far from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg hot spots. Would highly recommend and would absolutely return. The Blackberry Springs Suite was really, really great.
