HEAL Veterinary Hospital

I've been coming to HEAL since 2022. Dr. Nicole really focuses on preventative medicine which I really appreciate. She really takes the time to explain the what and the why and always outlines the goal so the value is always there. Never rushed as had been my experience elsewhere. My 4 year old doodle hasn't had any major issues and I attribute that to her care here. Plus I never feel like I'm at a clinic, the space is always calming and inviting.

This Veterinary Hospital has been one of my best experiences at a vet. I had mass removals done at HEAL for my sweet 2 year old guinea pig and one for my hooded rat. Both masses ending up being cancerous but they ran tests and helped me give my precious babies more time! My rat pretty much lived until his max expectancy (3 years ) and my guinea is still going strong! It’s all thanks to Dr. Dumas I believe she is very experienced and sincerely cares about the well being of my little fur babies! She really won me over with pics of her own hooded rat. So sweet and well taken care of. I whole hearted believe she extended my babies life and she's a fantastic exotics doctor.

I've been bringing my Shorthair here for 2 years now and she is not the most loving of cats with anyone besides me. She can be very aggressive but the staff and Dr. Dumas are always reassuring me that it’s fine when we come in. It really puts me at ease that they can handle her beautifully and still give her amazing care, even when she's getting vaccines done. There's never been an issue like other places I've taken her to.

Love my local vet. Ive been bringing my animals here for over 5 years. Last year they helped me through putting my 15 y.o. beloved cat to sleep. Ive never had such a positive and loving euthanasia experience. I recently rescued an orphaned 2 - 3 week old kitten. Hospital Manager Tania rescued me when I couldn't get him to poop! So happy to have this excellent vet team nearby.

My first visit! A fantastic spa/zen like space that is soothing for both humans and their pets. A "treats" weight-in station makes it easy for all. Staff is caring and kind is passionate about providing top level care to four legged fur babies as well as exotic pets. Excited that a few months water therapy for dogs will be available here. They also make house calls. Would highly recommend to those who want the best kind vet for their pet family member.

Absolutely love the team at HEAL! They treat my girls like their own, and we’re so grateful to have them in the neighborhood. The staff is so kind, caring, and overall amazing. We’ve been coming here for ~3 years, best vet experience we’ve ever had. Thank you HEAL team!!

Very comfortable and inviting environment and staff. Dr. D is amazing and very thorough every time we come to see her. She'll make sure I'm well informed and always gives me options for my little babe to consider. She actually takes the time to go through everything . And of course Bubba loves the treats!
