I purchased over 35 luggage tags and had them all branded differently. Bella and Kylee were absolutely wonderful. Not only did they brand all the tags, they visited with me and genuinely inquired about my job and life. They are both the epitome of professionalism and care. They rock. If you go to The Woodlands say hi to them.

I absolutely love this store and I always enjoy coming in. Every visit has been great until today. I came in bought some boots and asked to get them branded while my husband was getting his boots cleaned. It was about 20 minutes before closing, and Bella told me they couldn’t do it because they were about to close. I mentioned that I’ve had a hat branded before and it only took a few minutes, and she said boots were different. I don’t understand why one letter couldn’t be done. It honestly felt like she simply didn’t want to do it. Bella could definitely benefit from more training and better customer service, especially when it comes to communicating with customers. I love this store, but today’s experience was very disappointing.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Niko was delightful, knowledgeable, and patient as our mother picked out cowboy boots after 40 years of no boots. He was up on the trends, explained the fit and leathers, and his experience really shined through. While we were eager to brand her boots, he kindly cautioned to wait in order to be sure of the fit. If you're in town shopping for new boots at Tecovas in Market Street, be sure to ask for Nico. Good luck on your pursuit of your Masters, Nico!

Amazing customer experience. Incredibly helpful the through the whole customer experience. Including making things right whenever I have had problems. I’ve got several pairs of boots and a backpack from them and I have always left their store happy. Great company, and an excellent location!

Between the two of us we have bought 8 pairs of boots at this location! Everyone that works there are so helpful and patient with us making them run back and forth for styles and sizes. We have not left the store even once without buying something! The atmosphere is easy going and comfortable. The first time we went there it felt intimidating because we didn't know what we were doing LOL, but it's completely the opposite! No pressure to buy, just an enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

Wendy was great with assisting us with our purchase. She was patient and attentive. We really enjoyed our shopping experience at this location and with Wendy!
