Great store. The location is great, beautiful area and great security. Be aware that its across the street from a big music venue so sometimes the traffic and parking here can be rough. The staff is friendly and willing to work with people to find the right gear for their needs. They dont have much real estate to test rods, so you may have to walk a little but overall I'm impressed with the service. Clean store and knowledgeable staff. I cant complain about my experience. Top notch service helped me identify and purchase the exact rod for my needs. Highly recommend.

Good store for pet gifts and accessories! My dog loved the toys. Great location at Market Street - The Woodlands, TX. Also, they have great outdoor gear. Overall I recommend going there.

I am a newbie to fly fishing. Watched a few of your videos online and wanted to learn how to fly fish. Saw online you offer a fly fishing 101 class and online it says just walk in and ask about it and you will get a 101 class. Boy was I wrong, I was greeted with it is too hot so we canceled them which makes sense as it is hot. And me not calling ahead is my fault but now I have been turned off from this company as I wish this was posted on the website or at least a warning to call ahead before I drove an hour out of my way excited to learn a new way to fish to be met with " we won't be doing those til around February." It is August that's 6 months away.

I went in because i was seeking a multi-pocketed vest and not only did i find one I fell in love with in color and size, but the sales person was an outstanding human and so very helpful. I love that Orvis donates back a percentage of the sale to conservation causes. A perfect shopping experience. Thank you!

I've been having pretty poor experiences with the customer service here. Once you've bought what you need, the overall attitude became pretty dismissive and this morning, as I was wrapping up a conversation the employee started talking and as I was taking my receipt, another employee came up and called the next person up on top of me and the person that originally started the conversation just said "happy fishing".....and I was mid sentence when this happened. I don't know if it's just me, but this has been a consistent patter the last few times I've been in there.
