We walked into the store without a hi or good morning can we help you. We found everything by ourselves. When we asked for help we got ignored multiple times. Someone finally came to help after we asked once again and the person had no knowledge about anything. Finally the manager helped us and was very nice about it. When we went to check out the "assistance manager" was very very rude to us and made a claim that we were swearing at "her" employees. We spent over $500. We would have just left if it wasn’t presents for our 4 kids that were with. We drove over 2 hours to get to this boot barn. We will never be returning and will not be recommending coming to this boot barn. The assistant manager should be fired for being a horrible sales person and rude to customers. The other person that ignored us multiple times should be fired to for not doing her job. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I’ve been coming here for years and like I said I won’t be returning. Mind you we were in the store for one hour, if that. I tried to explain to the assistant manager what happen and I was claim and very nice but she proceeded to be rude.

First ever visit to the store. Terrific selection of Western Wear. I ended up buying a shirt and loved the wide variety of choices and fabric colors. The staff Dani was super friendly and helpful. Thanks.

Some very good workers but the manager Josh is very creepy. He asked for my 16 year old bsfs snap to "get her discounts" then proceeded to flirt with her and find my TikTok account and tell me how he was 22 and going crazy over her. Definitely not ok.

Not one person even said hi or hello, can we help you - nothing. Overall super rude vibe. When checking out, not even "did you find what you were looking for?" 0/10
