Absolutely incredible experience at Tecovas at the Avalon in Alpharetta. The staff truly made this purchase a special, unforgettable moment for us. We came in to buy a pair of boots to commemorate the birth of our first child, and the team went above and beyond to make it meaningful. They took the time to get me into the perfect pair of boots and made the whole process feel personal and celebratory rather than rushed. On top of that, they offered to brand the boots with customized initials for our new child on the way, which completely elevated the experience and turned the boots into a lifelong keepsake. Amazing service, genuine care, and exceptional attention to detail. This is exactly the kind of customer experience that creates lasting memories. Highly recommend this location and team!

Came in here on Saturday with my family and had a great experience. Right as we walked in we were immediately greeted. Not even a minute later we were offered drinks. Who doesn’t want a free cold beer? Although the store was very busy, we were asked by multiple employees if we were finding everything alright and if we needed help, which made us feel very welcomed. The young gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful, I believe his name was Harrison. I’ve worn boots my whole life, but this was my first time in Tecovas. He was very knowledgeable about the boots and the sizing, which was helpful because the sizing was different from most boots I’ve worn. I am normally a 12D but ended up fitting the best here in a 11.5D. I tried on maybe 5 pairs, and, bless his heart, he had the most patience working with me. He even encouraged me to try on more boots as I was already in the store and it was a big purchase. I ended up going with the Doc in goat skin in the coffee color. I even got to get them branded for free with my initials and a Georgia outline! Go Dawgs! This was my first time here but it will not be the last!

This for sure one of the must beautiful and captivating stores I’ve ever seen. Every product is unique, and the design is exceptional. Every design grabs your eyes from casual to attire with luxurious and unique designs, customer service is outstanding!! Emma was amazing and such a sweet person, makes you feel so comfortable while you’re in the store regardless of whether you buy something or not, on top of all this she offers you free drinks as a courtesy of the house! Best experience ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🤠

We stopped into Tecovas to exchange a pair of boots that were given as a gift, and the whole experience was great. The staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly from the moment we walked in. They made the exchange process easy, got the new pair branded, and even pulled a few different styles for us to try while we were there. We had a great experience overall and a crispy Topo Chico never hurts.

I had an amazing experience at Tecovas thanks to Mitchell! He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed. On top of that, he was very personable and genuinely made the visit fun. If you’re shopping at Tecovas, definitely ask for Mitchell top-tier customer service all around! And, he is easy on the eyes!

I want to thank Anna and all of the staff at the Alpharetta Tecovas store. These guys have just been amazing. Every time I come in they always make me feel right at home. It doesn’t matter who’s here from the store manager to all of the employees I have never had a bad experience. Their Customer service is superb. It’s comforting to know this type of service still exists. They have a customer for life!
