Dover Saddlery

I had an amazing experience at Dover today in Alpharetta! Amy and Caite Helped me get all the supplies I needed including new riding pants and trying on helmets! Everyone there was so down to earth and so kind and so sweet, it felt like being at home! Thank you guys so much for everything y’all did

We spent an solid 2hrs here getting fitted for boots, a helmet and breeches. We had an extraordinary experience! Our sales associate, Sherriane, was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable and personable. We ended up spending a good bit of money and it was well worth it. I left knowing that we'll be back again for all our riding needs.

Needed to return an item ordered over the web, for incorrect size, and Amy was very kind and understanding. She helped fit and order the right shoe size, to be delivered to my home.

Went to buy a new bridle and helmet and left with nothing because of how lame the employee was. This brand keeps hiring people so far from what an equestrian is. Georgia doesn’t have a lot of options which is why this is so frustrating. Everytime I’m in this store it’s someone different and it’s shocking how they’re all equally as bad.

Tack? Got it. Show apparel? Got it. Casual barn apparel? Got it. Equine related accessories? Got it. Friendly, helpful staff? Indeed, got them. Conveniently located in Alpharetta. Great sale area in the back corner of the store for finding all sorts of treasures for a great price.

I had a terrible experience at this saddlery store and will definitely not be returning. The customer service was incredibly poor—staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted like I was a burden just for asking a simple question. When I tried to return an item that was in perfect condition and well within the return period, they only gave me 75% of the original price back with no clear explanation. I felt completely ripped off and disrespected as a customer. It's disappointing to see a store treat loyal shoppers this way. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and basic courtesy. ANGIE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!

Absolutely the worst store I’ve ever dealt with. Terrible customer service and unhelpful, dismissive, and completely unwilling to stand by their own return policy. I bought a pair of boots that were barely worn and tried to return them well within the 90-day return window, only to be told they wouldn’t take them back unless I exchanged them or wanted a gift card to their store. Their website clearly says you can return items within 90 days, but apparently that means nothing in practice. I expected much better from a company that claims to serve equestrians. Save yourself the frustration — shop literally anywhere else.
