Indian Rock Stables

Today was our first time visiting and we just want to say thank you!! Thank you for being so kind to let us drop in and say hello to all the beautiful horses. We randomly stopped by, not knowing what to expect. My son is 10, non- verbal and autistic. He loves horses and was very excited to see them and pet them. Thank you for doing what you do and taking the best care of them! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! You all have no idea what that meant to us.

A down to earth, family friendly, environment that is very conveniently located. On property trail access is incredible, as are the positive attitudes of all barn team members and managers alike. Not fussy, nor uppity, an all are welcome barn. Great rec room, and a la carte options related to equine care and management.

Awesome place to go for the kids to ride and pet horses! verry kind people that love the animals!! Not too expensive!! Give them a try...

Wonderful family barn, great instructors, encouraging atmosphere for beginners and plenty of challenge for the more experienced. Horses are very well cared for. Always someone around the barn keeping an eye on things, barn owners right there on the property, and most boarders are there several times a week. Check out their Facebook and you'll see their students winning plenty of ribbons at their western pleasure shows, but the focus here is on FUN and solid horsemanship, not on the win. I recommend them to anyone.

Barn is organized and everything is done by routine. Horses are well cared for and the staff has an emotional investment in their jobs. Each horse receives one on one time with staff. All people on the property have wonderful relationships with one another, and there is a huge family atmosphere at the barn. Both staff and clients are respectful, kind, and passionate and make everyone feel welcome. As for the facility, the feed room is immaculately well kept and everything is done on time. Stalls are done extremely thoroughly. Lessons engage riders and give them an opportunity to bond with the horses as well as ride them. A wonderful, family friendly, drama free barn with loads opportunities to lease, show, and grow as an equestrian.

I currently board two of my horses at Indian Rock Stables. They are well taken care of and receive turnout multiple times a week. The barn manager and trainer are both very knowledge and stay on top of the care of all the horses. As someone who was a part of running a stable in the past, I know that it is a incredibly demanding job that never stops. This doesn't stop Indian Rock from always working to keep everything up and running smoothly. I moved my horses there coming up on a year, and I couldn't be happier. It is easy to get to from my house, and I enjoy riding and socializing with the other boarders and lesson students. I have also recommended it to many of my friends.

Omg!! I have been to other equestrian schools but this place is a hidden gem.... the horses all seem relaxed and happy. But most importantly Paige is the best instructor I have ever had. She is the only reason I am able to overcome my fear and progress as an adult beginner. Other more known schools had cranky horses and scary instructors. I ended up getting worse from other schools but at Indian Rock and Paige, I am in horse heaven. Thank you Paige for being the best instructor ever!!!! Oxoxo
