BINA Farm Center

My son Daniel does physical therapy with the horses. This place is amazing. Caring knowledgeable, absolutely wonderful. We are so thrilled to be part of Bina farms.

Amazing place to volunteer! Easy to get involved

Lovely folks work here! If you want to learn horseback riding, this is the place to go!

Disappointing Experience at BINA Farm - Prioritize Your Money Elsewhere AVOID BINA FARM AT ALL COSTS BINA Farm prioritizes profits over people, showing a blatant disregard for customer service and care. Initially, we were excited to start adaptive horseback riding, but the assessment class revealed a lack of concern for customers. We overlooked this, focusing on the benefits of adaptive riding. Unacceptable Experience: * Paid upfront for 9 classes, but our son didn't ride in the first three sessions due to excuses (thunder, heat) despite an indoor ring. * After the third session, our son fractured his elbow in the pool (on a Friday) and needed a cast. We notified the farm with medical proof, expecting empathy and understanding. Instead, they became defensive, assuming we were trying to blame the injury on them, which was never our intention. Poor Communication and Policy: * Staff member's initial response: wait until she returns from vacation for a refund or make-up classes. * Upon her return: no make-up classes or refunds, citing policy. This is unacceptable, especially for medical injuries. Conclusion: BINA Farm takes your money without regard for circumstances or your child's needs. STAY AWAY and explore more family-friendly options that prioritize customers over profits.

It's such a gift to have access to this caring space. My son is growing in confidence and strength as he learns to ride. I am so happy about the wonderful team there to support him

I visited the farm with my niece who works there part time. Just being there was therapeutic! The horses and ponies were awesome. Very welcoming😂

Amazing place to have your kids learn how to ride horses
