Beyond thrilled with the service that was provided to my children! Indi was kind, helpful and patient with training my kids (8,7 ,2) the fundamentals of riding. The horses she provided them to ride were calm and well mannered even the pony . I Would highly recommend to anyone !

Skalkaho Stables is a safe, clean, and fun environment for you and your horses. The barn is always organized and the owners go out of their way to make sure you and your four legged friends are happy and healthy! They are an amazing option for anyone looking for a barn in the Bitterroot Valley or western Montana. In all my years with horses I have never found a team that is more attentive. My wife and I purchased a horse from Indi. The stables was so clean and the horses taken the best of care.

The owners Indy and Zach are fabulous people. The riding arena is comfortable and a great space to utilize with my almost 3 year old colt, Whiskey. Highly recommend attending clinics here with Mustang Matt as well.

Indi and Zack are the greatest and take great care of the horses. I have been taking riding lessons there. Indi works hard to make sure my rides are fun and takes great care to make sure I am safe and ride correctly.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Got extra heat to the auditors and brought in Porta Pottie when the indoor facility failed. That's going that extra mile. Well done, Skalkaho Stables. The Mustang Matt clinic was wonderful.
