They don’t clean the room unless you ask Very racist especially the blonde girl at check in treated me like dirt ( anyone who is not white they don’t know how to speak to as if we are alien ) until Mohammed who is also from the uae then manager came and treated me with respect . I had to leave to see my family because of the war and he was kind enough to offer a refund for the last two nights I never got it though because the lady in charge was really not intelligent and went red in the face after he approved it she wanted to charge me an extra night on top of it The nerve ! Was not my choice I would have stayed but had to go to see my family as I live in dubai Never will stay here again I’m sure montage or Laguna treats you better I have the money but it’s Not worth the money at all

Rooms are a good size and modern. Saturday night the bar is open till 2am so it’s pretty noisy even from the room with cars turning up and beeping their horns etc lead to not the best nights sleep / interrupted. Bar staff are kind and make great drinks. Pool is lovely. Checkout staff are rude and unhelpful. Valet parking only who you can’t contact by calling so you have to wait around for your car.

First time staying in this hotel, room is clean and comfortable. Bar downstairs is amazing, always crowded packed with people.

Awesome service. Specially the breakfast. Would come visit soon again. The room we got was awesome. I do t drink but I picked the alcohol beverages up so I can look at them and see how much they cost. Well I didn't know once you lift it off it triggers that you touched it which then triggers a transaction on your statement. When I checked my statement and went downstairs they told me because I touched it and had it up for 60 secs it automatically charge you. Anyways they took the charges off. I was like sorry this my format time at a fancy hotel. She laughed. Anyways me and my family had the upgraded suite and we loved it.

My husband and I just stayed at Pendry Newport Beach for the first time. We were celebrating our anniversary and I have to say they went above and beyond to make it special. Habib our bellman was so kind and accommodating. We were truly impressed with the service this hotel offers. The restaurant SET was delicious as well. We will definitely be staying at Pendry Newport Beach again, as well as other cities that they service.
