The employee I spoke with was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire process without making me feel rushed. You just don't get that level of service anywhere else. From power tools to trailers to air compressors, if they don't have it, you probably don't need it. Highly recommend the Tyler location!

Bought a stihl ms 170 brand new from here, didn't even try starting it for about 4 months. Then it wouldn't start and omg at the hell this store gave me about getting it fixed. Ended up taking a total of 3 weeks but I finally got it fixed.

Wayne was the most helpful and courteous retail person I've dealt with in years. Anywhere! He was polite, well spoken and helped me find a product I was searching. He held it for me while I could get to the location as it was the only one in stock. I wished more employees could be more like him. Top notch! It is sad to know that though Northern Tool in Tyler Texas offers a military discount, you can only receive it if you are willing to provide your personal phone number. It’s like, thank you for your service and for your phone number that we will now sell, or you don’t have a phone, sorry, no discount for you. So sad.
