Allen Gold and Silver Exchange | BUY SELL TRADE JEWELRY, DIAMONDS & GOLD

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Allen at Allen Gold & Silver Exchange is absolutely incredible! He has amazing people skills—so respectful, nice, and outgoing. I brought in some gold and rings, and he gave me a very fair and reasonable deal. What I appreciated most was how transparent he was—he measured and weighed everything right there in front of me, calculated the price on the spot, and there was nothing hidden or done "in the back." He also has a beautiful selection of custom jewelry pieces, and you can tell he really specializes in creating unique, high-quality designs. The shop is located in a sleek, bougie building that was super easy to find—just a quick 37-minute drive from Sherman straight up 75. Allen is one of those people who feels like an instant friend. I truly appreciate his great customer service and honesty, and I’ll be sending everyone I know to him. God bless you, Allen, and thank you for making this such a pleasant experience!

What an amazing little gem to find! Don’t let the small shop in an office-like building sway you from visiting Allen Gold and Silver Exchange. Hubby and I were looking for gift for a friend who collects silver. The owner was warm and welcoming. We told him our price range, and a bit of information about our friend and he delivered. He assured us he had the inventory and showed us a special collection of vintage Las Vegas casino chips. The chips contained about half ounce of silver were fairly priced. We were skeptical walking into this building, thinking we were at the wrong location. Allen Gold and Silver Exchange definitely exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend visiting and giving this little shop a chance.

I had an outstanding experience at Allen Gold & Silver Exchange, thanks to Todd. He bought gold from me and was incredibly honest from start to finish. What really stood out was how deeply he went into explaining everything—no sugarcoating, no pressure, just real knowledge and transparency. Todd walked me through the details of the evaluation, taught me things I didn’t know, and made sure I understood exactly what my items were worth. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who combines expertise with genuine integrity, but Todd absolutely does. If you want a fair, straightforward, and highly knowledgeable professional to work with, ask for Todd. He made the entire process easy, comfortable, and trustworthy.

I tried to buy a watch from Todd. He was very friendly at first. He called his buddy on speaker and did his script to convince me that almost double what it sells was a great deal. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I maybe nice but not stupid. When I declined respectfully and wanted to leave, he became so angry and verbally loud. Good thing I am a big and tall guy and can't be intimidated like that. Reading the reviews I bet he will respond saying that it wasn't him or his store like he does on every negative review. Yes it was him and his store.

My wife and I had a great experience at Allen Gold and Silver Exchange! We came in to get an appraisal on a few pieces — a male wedding ring, an engagement ring, and a wedding band — and the entire process was smooth and professional. Todd was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While he worked on the appraisal, we had a really enjoyable conversation, which made the experience feel personal and comfortable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure we felt confident in the process. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, and Todd went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. If you're looking for a trustworthy, respectful, and knowledgeable place for jewelry appraisals, or anything gold and silver related, I highly recommend Allen Gold and Silver Exchange!

Todd is wonderful. When my daughter was getting married, she wanted to melt down my husbands and my grandmother's gold wedding bands and create her own. Todd walked us through everything and help bring her vision to life! We even had gold left over that he bought from us and she added it to the honeymoon fund. Go see Todd, you won't be disappointed.

We have used Todd for many years. From buying jewelry to maintaining our pieces. He is always amazing to work with. Will never use anyone else!!
