Brienne Tonioli is the absolute best!!! You can not find anyone better to care for your horse. She always goes above and beyond to provide the best for every horse under her care. And that what it’s all about!!! I’ve never been happier with the care my horse is receiving and I would never want anyone else providing care for my horse. She continually takes money out of her own pocket to give every horse everything they need.

$200.00 deposit via Venmo if we decided to move horse to her barn was given to barn manager brienne tonioli for a stall deposit. We went to pick up the contract which was sent over by Fallon owner of horse Oscar . Brienne never sent back contract and she told us on numerous occasions that she did not think we were a good fit to be in her barn and offered to give my $200.00 back when we let her know we agreed with her not wanting us there due to a fit she will not give deposit back. I hope everyone is very careful as we feel she took out money then decided she didn’t want us but took out money

This is exactly what happened to me in September of 2021! Brienne Tonioli was very distracted when I visited the farm. I was really uneasy about boarding there, but a friend that I once trusted was going. I never received a contract but I sent her a $200 deposit to hold the stall. That week, after spending my money on materials, grain and hay, she told me that I wasn’t going to be a good fit. Hearing this, I was relieved as my initial instinct was to run like hell, so I asked for my deposit back. I had also dropped off grain for my horse but she abruptly banned me from the property! I called the owner and he was deeply apologetic. I learned that Brienne is desperate, a "con artist and a nut job". Do not go there, there is no usable indoor arena as advertised, there is no footing and it’s used to store junk cars and rusty equipment. Her references are ghastly, she’s bounced around a lot. Beware….

I can’t even begin to explain how great this place was. Our family literally stumbled on it looking for a park to take our 4 year old to on her birthday. We were wandering around letting our daughter look at the horses when Ellie (and a gentlemen whose name escapes me) came back from a ride. Not only were they incredibly kind and not at all upset that we were there, they offered to let me daughter ride one of the horses and walked her around for 15 minutes. So grateful for their kindess and generosity .... these are the kind of people I would want looking after my horses if I had any.

Sounds like you need some reorganization

We met with her on 2 different occasions she told us about her facility and what was included in full board, then when we asked a couple typical questions any new prospective boarder would ask she freaked out and said she didn't think it will work out, basically her way or the highway. We discussed the medically necessary feed my horse needed to be on, she said no problem. A week before we were supposed to move there she sends me a bunch of text messages of demands that were not discussed or in any of her contracts. My horse had to be on her feed, my horse had to be on certain supplements and they could only be from smartpak she said, any other supplements that I used I would be charged an extra fee!! It was the craziest demands I've ever heard of!! I'm the paying customer and her barn is not cheap, so you would think I would be allowed to feed my horse who has a disease the vet recommended feed and put him on supplements that he needs not what she wants, and then be charged extra if the supplements aren't from smartpak?!! Very strange, after all this took place we decided to agree with her that it would not be a good fit and asked for the deposit back which she previously offered to give back and refused to give us our deposit even though the contracts had not been signed and she made it VERY clear she didn't want us there, apparently because we care so much about our horse asking too many questions bothered her. In 30 years of riding and different barns I've never encountered someone so unprofessional, and that would treat potential future clients in the manner she did. Beware is all I can say....
