J R Hudson Horse Transportation Inc

I have used J.R Hudson multiple times now to ship back and forth between FL to MA for different horses of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. Robin in the office is highly responsive, clear, and communicative. Franky and team on the road offer frequent updates on trip progression, horse status, and ETA. Grateful for their great care and expertise and would certainly recommend.

I can’t recommend JR Hudson enough. They were highly responsive and communicative, easing a lot of stress during an emergency situation. They are also the absolute kindest and most honest people. I would give them more stars if I could!

In July 2024, we moved our four aged geldings from western Massachusetts to eastern Tennessee. JR Hudson was easy to work with, clear about our options and the costs, and communicative about the schedule. This was stressful for me but they answered all of my questions and were patient and kind. Jimmy and Mark, our drivers, were super helpful and made sure the horses were well taken care of. Our horses got to Tennessee in good time and we’re all healthy and happy.

JR Hudsen did a fantastic job transporting my horses. My horse are 20 and 26 and had an 11 hour ride to their new digs. They arrived well take care of and the driver - Frank- stayed in contact with me and updated me. I would easily recommend them to other horse owners in need of long distance transport.

I can’t say enough good things about our recent experience with JR Hudson! Scheduling was a breeze, even with our continuously changing number of horses that would be traveling. They were more than accommodating and so easy to communicate with. Day of travel, everything went so smoothly and our horses were so relaxed coming off the trailer, so you know they had a nice ride. Our driver even helped some of our younger riders as an extra set of hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JR Hudson in future and would certainly use their services again!

A trusted trainer referred to J R Hudson to help me move my very difficult to load horse. Frank was incredibly skilled, kind, and professional. He listened to the issues and came up with a strategy that worked to get the horse on the trailer within minutes. Frank then gave me a reassuring update during the drive, and again when they arrived at the destination. If I ever need professional transport again, this is the company I will choose.

I’ve been incredibly impressed by JR Hudson from our first experience. I have used them for many years. The drivers are amazing. They are courteous, always polite and helpful, excellent with the horses and give us the utmost confidence our horses are in the very best care. This comes from the top down. There aren’t many companies left out there that excel in customer service. JR does, always.
