Cave Creek Outfitters, Horseback Riding, UTV/ATV/SXS PJ's Rentals

I came to AZ for a work trip but had a free day, and I planned ahead to want to do this trail ride. I am a beginner level of riding a horse and the staff were just so nice, welcoming, informative, and overall couldn't have asked for perfect day for a ride. Thank you to our trail guide Ryan, he did not let the trail ride go quiet, had a lot of info about plants, arizona, horses, and more. The views of the trail were beautiful.

This was a very comfortable and easy paced ride through the desert with beautiful mountain scenery. We went with the 1.5 hour ride that seemed to fly by. It provided a chance to connect with nature and enjoy the landscape including a quick glimpse of a bobcat as it ran into the brush.Our horses were gentle and well-trained, and our guide, Houston was awesome. All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they made sure we were safe and had a great time. It was a very memorable experience and we would definitely do it again and highly recommend it to others.

Wow! I could not recommend Cave Creek Outfitters enough for an incredible horseback riding experience. As a first-timer, they made it very easy and comfortable for me. We were surrounded by beautiful green scenery (February ride) and our guides were super fun! This is exactly what I imagined.

Great group! We called Cave Creek Outfitters on a Thursday afternoon and were able to schedule a private ride for Friday morning, and it was fantastic! We got there and met Wesley who was to be our guide and got our horses saddles fitted to us after filling out our paperwork, and we were off to a fine ride. The horses were very well behaved and we would be happy to ride them again. Wesley and my wife had a nice conversation throughout the ride. He showed and named the cacti and trees we passed and kept us informed and entertained. Between the entertaining ride and company, and the beautiful vistas, we will go back to Cave Creek Outfitters for our next trail ride

Our family’s first time horseback riding and our horse guide, Big Daddy was hilarious and amazing with the horses and humans:) I was a little nervous at the start of the ride but found myself relaxed and laughing towards the end. Big Daddy talked about the desert landscape, the different types of cacti, snakes and the Superstition Mountains. He was patient with our group of 5, and shared his riding history and all the wild horse riding stories! His wife and daughter were so kind and knowledgeable about horses and riding. Big Daddy took some great pics of our family and even called a friend up trying to find us a place to have dinner afterwards. We told him we will tell all our Minnesota friends about his place. A wonderful experience🎉

I took my family for Valentine’s Day, and I can’t say enough good things about it! We did our ride with Jenna and she was absolutely phenomenal. It was our first time riding horses, and it blew our expectations out the water. We loved it so much!! The horses were beautiful, staff was extremely friendly and helpful and just an all-around beautiful time. This is definitely where we will be going back when we do it again! P.S. Jenna - don’t forget to visit West Fork Trail in Sedona!

Excellent experience at Cave Creek! Great people, great food, beautiful horses and gorgeous scenery. Our group had no riding experience, but that wasn't an issue at all. Cody was a very knowledgeable and thoughtful guide while Lex and her parents treated us like we were family. Amazing ride, followed by some BBQ, games and a bunch of fun stories with the team. We really appreciated the time spent with all of you, our family will enjoy these memories for years to come.
