Newport News Transit Center

Conveniently located right in the shipyard area of downtown Newport News. I like the fact that you can pretty much get anywhere in Hampton roads from just this station alone. There is ample seating to sit if you’re waiting for the next bus. Places to charge your phone. You can buy tickets with a card if you need from the atm. They have vending machines for snacks and drinks. And bathrooms as well. They also have security and police always on site. Place is pretty clean for the most part.

This driver is extremely unprofessional if anyone recognizes her I need her name to properly report her subpar work ethic.

Always on time. Can chill and get a smoke in.

The bus drivers don't know when the bus runs. I ask him when was the 112 coming, he said in 7 mins. but it was in a Sunday and the bus don't run on Sunday. I'm here visiting from Louisiana and I waited 1 hour and ended up catching the bus back to Williamsburg which was an hour ride. SMH shame on you

bus drivers are unsure of their own stops and usually veey rude some are ok and im sure deal w crap all day makes them that way but customers is what keeps them working so is what it is.

its really sad paying passengers are treated like criminals. you cant even bring your personal belongings into the restrooms. First there locked then you ask security guards to let you in then leave your personal belongings in his office. smh!!!!!

One thing that I've noticed lately since I moved back to my city is, the bus drivers are a lot more nicer then before I moved away. I really didn't catch the bus that often cause I had my own vehicle, but now I don't. The attitude of the driver's has gotten much better over the years.
