This past Friday night, a wonderful driver, courteous and personable, took us to a concert of Andrea Bocelli in Raleigh. He provided a smooth ride in a luxurious Genesis sedan and picked us up on the designated spot after our concert. Thank you Mitch!

100% recommend this company. The very professional driver, Larry arrived at my home early. Car was clean. Larry was polite and friendly. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!! I had searched a long time to find a LOCAL transportation company for an early ride to the airport. Google searches were almost out of state referral sites masquerading as local.

White Horse Transportation has always been a great resource for us to get to and from the airport, or to the Angus Barn or the Carolina Hockey games. They always show up on time, the vehicles are spotless, and the drivers are very courteous. We highly recommend them to all of our friends and family for their transportation needs. I was picked up from the airport and driven to the airport by White Horse Transportation during my business trip in Raleigh, NC at the end of August. Ronald picked me up promptly, and Brett Harris took me back to the airport. Both showed deep knowledge and warm courtesy during the car ride. White Horse Transportation was a pleasure to work with for guest shuttles on our April 2025 wedding! I spoke with DJ and he was able to help formulate logistics and clearly explain the best options. We estimated 40-60 guests using the shuttles so we used 3 of their 14-person shuttles. Used all 3 for ~1.5hrs taking guests from two hotels to our venue then staggered the 3 shuttles across ~3hrs after the wedding taking guests back to hotels. One main reason we picked White Horse was because you could split up the hours you use the shuttles as long as you meet the minimum hour requirement that day. Other companies you had to use at least the minimum all at once. Thank you White Horse for treating our guests so well!

Don’t use them for any celebrity appearances. The lady I spoke to was very accommodating. I wish I knew her name, but I don’t however having paid fully almost $400 because we missed a trip we knew we weren’t there on time. We paid the bill and now they won’t work with us? Didn’t you get paid to do nothing Find another service this is not a luxury service.

Have had nothing but wonderful service from them for years and years. Used them last night again for a concert at Red Hat. They dropped us off right at the front door and when show was over we were comfy in the back of one of their new Genesis sedans heading home within 3 minutes of the concert ending. Can't ask for more than that. Easy and efficient!
