This is a beautiful station and immaculately clean. Between the two types of transit that pass through here, they are very prompt and organized. The staff are friendly and provide directives for travelers to board the bus or train. One of the sinks in the women's bathroom doesn't work and needs fixing but overall great connector station.

A very impressive new station that is beautiful inside and out. This is an intermodal station that is also served by Greyhound. Lots of seating area with comfortable accommodations. Plenty of plugs for charging your devices. There is a drink and a snack vending machine. Bathrooms are available. The train platform is set up for level boarding which is nice. There is a good amount of parking, which is free, but it was mostly full when we got there. The only criticism I have is that it is not really walkable to much. One sign on the front was also flaking/peeling. Other than that this is a really nice train station that should be great for years to come.

Convenient location though not LITERALLY on Bland Blvd as I know it. I would highly recommend mapping out the location before you actually need to be there. The station is new, clean and comfortable. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, it's well li and there's no charge for long term parking. There's handicap access. Staff is kind and helpful.

Nice, bright and new. It looks like part of the DMV metro train stations. You don't have to climb stairs to access the train cars and they have ramps to place over the gap between the train and the platform if you request it.

This brand new station is great. It has open parking at no charge. It seems pretty safe for now. I left my car over the weekend with no issues. The station itself is spacious and pretty well maintained. The bathroom is clean. Everything is in mint condition as of 2025. 🙂 The train itself was nice and clean too in the business section. The bathroom was not sparkling clean but acceptable I guess. The restaurant car now has breakfast and lunch options, beer, wine, and coffee. The service on the train was great. Business class was spacious and not too loud. The wifi was broken tho.

We rated your new train station 5 stars because of the serenity scenery tourism views of the great outdoors. 'Especially during the fall seasonal foliage colors that mirrors over the lakes, rivers, and mountain range of the Caskill and Appalachian Mountains... Which was, "Absolutely breathtaking!" 😍 It was a very relaxing experience exploring different destination vacation states, train stations, with small hometowns charm, and peaceful, traveling mercies. Thanks again, Amtrack Station. Will deff come back again for another peaceful travel destination vacation experience...
