Yo estuve una muy mala experiencia con ellos pague por un certificado de viaje para mi perro estuve ahy desde las 10:30 de la mañana después que examinaron mi perro Blue espere hasta las 12 :30 pm y todavía no me daban el certificado porque la persona que tenía que autorizarlo estaba en una reunión. Tuve que irme porque tenía que trabajar me dicen cuece más tarde yo les digo puedo pasar si pasa cómo a las 4:30 esta bien así mismo lo hice llegue como a las 4:45 porque por el tráfico se me hizo tarde cuando llegue el certificado no estaba hecho que tenía que esperar estuve hasta la 5:20 después que me dan el certificado yo con el apuro porque tenía que ir a un Fedex lo tome sin fijarme resulta que estaba mal el nombre está bajo mal escrito tenía otra dirección tuve que delverne y decirle que vuelvan hacerlo porque estaba mal 👎 lo hicieron a los 20 minutos me dan el certificado lo revisé ahy para ver si todo estaba bien estaba bien el nombre pero la dirección estaba mal y vuelve otra vez se lo pasó cuando arreglaron el nombre esta mal en eso salí a las 7 de la noche y ellos eran los que estaban molesto conmigo principal mente una Doctora ella es las más mayor de las mujeres como que yo tenía la culpa de que ellos no hicieran su trabajo. Yo no volveré a recomendar esta clínica a nadie porque todo es mucho la espera

Where to start at how at home this hospital feels... First the appointment making process, I called worried about my cat, Opie, and Cindy answered the phone and instantly put me at ease and got me in for a same day appointment. Cindy answered all questions on prices and times and was so professional and kind. The check in process was the same, I dealt again with Cindy who was just super cheerful and welcoming me and my Opie into the office. Then I met Dr. Hammond and vet tech Lida, they were both wonderful and treated Opie with upmost care! While there, I met Jim (the groomer) who ended up giving Opie a quick brushing just to introduce himself 🙂 Before I left, I met Nino who gave me advice on which food of the three recommended would be the best fit for all my cats. Such a great and welcoming hospital!!! A few days after my visit, Dr. Hammond called with results of Opie's x-rays and further recommendations and truly provided helpful information in a caring and professional manner. Will definitely be back and will be bringing the rest of my pets 🙂

The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating. The two people working the front window were very personable and remembered me from calling them several days earlier. The tech was incredibly sweet and made me feel confident that my cat was going to be in good hands. And finally the doctor was fantastic. She came out after the exam and clearly laid out what he needed and the most cost effective way to make it happen. All in all they were great with my cat and immediately put me at ease, making the entire process as easy as possible. My cat got great care and we got exactly what we needed to get him feeling good again. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I rescued a lab puppy and needed an appointment ASAP. I have a 14yr old dog and I didn’t want to risk him getting sick from the new puppy. They were so accommodating and understanding. My appointment went smoothly and I was seen right at my appointment time. Turns out my puppy was ok, and got a clean bill of health from the vet. I am very greatful for the team at YAH.
