I love how they are very friendly and supportive of me and my dog. They are very nice and friendly. They gave me the time I needed to discuss my issues with the dogs and price wise it’s so affordable compare to other vet near by. I appreciate their care.

The facility is easy to find and parking is ample. It is also a very welcoming environment. The staff is friendly. I was able to get a diagnosis and quote for a medium size hematoma in less than an hour on my first visit and only paid $25. I do wish they were more transparent with the pricing and more attentive to educating the client on what is being done and why. I would recommend this place to anyone in the immediate area.

I took my pug here for the first time to establish care and get a shot and I was impressed with the professionalism and care I got here. My dog got a bit anxious and excited (he’s a pug so they love to cuddle but can get jumpy when you touch their ears and stuff lol). The vet was so gentle and professional and gave me insight into a few things to consider with my little guy. I also found out as suspected he is a bit older than I was told by the rescue I got him from. That was important to know. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in Walnut Creek!

Took my brother dog in yesterday for a injured toe and the Visit was amazing. I was running late due to traffic and getting lost, they were kinda enough to still see us. The receptionist was friendly, our vet tech was very nice and the doctor we saw explain everything and was extremely nice. Definitely recommended them.

My Buddy had a bad ear infection. When I dropped him off I was treated with respect and kindness as was my dog. They kept me posted throughout the day. This clinic will be a keeper, I will be replacing my vet in Concord. Do not judge a book by it's cover here. I have been to fancy places where all you do is pay for their pretentious art work and location.

The veterinarian I saw took her time to explain findings to me. She was gentle, professional, and addressed all of my concerns. I appreciate the transparency as well as the availability of their appointments -- being open on the weekend has been very convenient. I would continue to recommend.

My senior Pomeranian gets very anxious at the vet, but the team here was so patient, gentle, and understanding. They adjusted the visit to her needs and made her feel safe the whole time. Truly compassionate care - thank you!
