Been to a couple vets and our Boston has some anal gland issues, he’s an intact male(not anymore), which Dr McElroy had seen 3 times prior. We were advised that he needs a $1,500 procedure to help his issue. Ok, we save up, schedule the appointment. We drop him off a month later and I get a phone call a couple hours later that he needs to be neutered before this procedure can be performed!!?? Well, didn’t you know he was an intact male and now they gotta do this first, for $750. I would have rather been told I’m not comfortable in doing this procedure and I would have gone elsewhere, don’t tell me one thing and do another knowing that it’s all about the mighty $. Just got a bill for $90 for missing an appointment, Ha, like I said it’s literally all about the $. It’s like dropping off your car at a mechanic shop and getting it fixed when there’s 10 issues at hand. And being upset, cause it’s not all fixed at the same time and expecting FREE SERVICES, IF YOUR THAT PERSON WHO’s so Entitled that will complain enough and whine till there get their way. FREE, well not for me!!

It was amazing!! My puppy was having an allergic reaction to a bee sting! Even though they were about to close they took him in and made him all better! They were fast and efficient!! And even helped me calm down!! I would suggest them to any and all pet owners!!

We have been clients for several years and have always appreciated the office and staff. However, when we recently had a concern about our dog's inflamed paw, I was told he could be accommodated by being dropped off in the morning. When I arrived, the front office couldn't locate his chart and asked if we were new, to which I replied no. They then created a new chart for our dog. I was then taken to meet what I assumed was a vet, who asked several questions. I requested a call before any treatment due to concerns about cost, but I never received one. Additionally, I was not informed that fitting our dog into the schedule would involve a higher cost or that there would be a boarding fee. When I received the bill, which was $100 for the exam and $70 for boarding, I contacted them through their website. They apologized for the lack of explanation, but had we known these costs in advance, we would have waited for a proper appointment. Based on this experience, we will not be returning.

The best veterinary clinic ever! I love these people and they love their patients. They always have great information and treat every animal like their own.

An amazing staff!!! Just what i was looking for, a nice, clean, veterinarian owned clinic! No conglomerates here, just happy wonderful people helping animals!

We just love the staff and Dr. Megan is amazing. She has been taking care of our Jackson since he was a puppy. We had to say goodbye to him, after 12+ years of good life this past Wednesday. Dr. Megan and the staff were so caring, comforting and sweet as we went through this, they were patient and gave us the time needed with him before letting him go. Then we come home yesterday to a sympathy card and a little card tucked inside with his nose and paw print impressions. We've always gotten great service and care for Jackson anytime we went in, and they always treated him as if he was their own dog. Thanks again, to a great team.
