My visit went somewhat well. The lady working the front desk was nice and friendly. One of my main concerns was the doctor I worked with told me the plan I picked for my dog would cover a good amount of stuff including his dental. Well I just got a call saying the plan I had wouldn’t cover the dental appointment I have set up for tomorrow. That being said I had to upgrade my dogs package at the highest monthly plan now because you can’t down grade the plan. Even after talking for a good 5-10 minutes about all the plans with the doctor, I confirmed that the plan I was thinking about choosing would be good for my dog and he agreed with me. All I will say is to triple check all the plans before choosing the plan.

Always have had very compassionate care for my pets!! The doctors always give me all the information I ask for! Never have had a problem in the many years I’ve brought my pats here.

i am honestly not surprised with this location i calls them 5 times the first 3 times i got sent to voicemail then the last 2 calls i was on hold for 20 minutes hung up tried again and was on hold for 17 minutes. i find it very rude that i wasn’t even told i was placed on hold they just put me on hold without no response. i work in a behind the desk job and i would never do something like this but that was absurd

My poor baby was so sick and I was really worried about her. They took really good care of her and helped me get on a wellness plan that was more budget friendly and now she’s getting better. They even took the time to show us how to properly give insulin shots and ask if we had any questions and even called to check in on her the next day. Cannot think Banfield Hospital of Surprise enough for their customer service and care of my baby. Everyone was amazing from the receptionist to the vet tech to the veterinarian, Dr. Foster. Thanks Again!

This place is only interested in your money. They will not help with cost effective treatments and will charge close to $3000 over what other vets will for a CT scan that won’t even be completed same day. After two visits I am no closer to understanding what is going on and had to request oral antibiotics for an obvious infection that their office diagnosed as bacterial on a previous visit (supplied topical antibiotics at first visit). The doctor is overwhelmed and wants to just run tests. She talks fast and does not want to discuss treatment paths to help you make the best decision for your family pet. What’s worse is staff asked her repeatedly to talk to me again and she refused. They don’t realize that from exam rooms you can hear all the conversations among staff in the back room. The first time I brought my cat in I never even met with her. In seven days he’s gotten worse and she has little sympathy.

Maynard has been coming to the Surprise location for 10 years. I have always had a 5 star experience. We love our vets and all of the staff.
