I will never return to this clinic after my latest experience. First, front desk staff continue to be some of the most unwelcoming individuals I’ve encountered in a professional setting. Additionally, Andrew Bodenstein demonstrated an appalling disregard for tact. It’s most unfortunate when a person’s profession involves human interaction, yet the place of business does not prioritize the experience for the clients it is supposed to serve. I cannot recommend this clinic to others based on this and other experiences with them.

Dr. Bodenstein is fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable, fear free certified (and it shows), and responsive. My dog has a hard time with vet offices and working with VCA Manito this year has made everything so much easier. Super grateful to have found them!

Bodenstein has zero bedside skills and seemed rushed and nervous the entire visit. Also referred to my female cat as a male 3 times. I have other friends who have left VCA and I am doing the same. Feels like they try to oversell every time I am there. Would not recommend.

Dr. Bodenstein was great, my cat did so well at this appointment when normally she hisses at the vets so that fear free certification is absolutely true. He was also so kind and made sure we understood what the treatment plan was. Very knowledgeable and explained it in an easy to understand way. So thankful for this place, I think we’ve found our official veterinary.

Ive been taking my two cats here for two years, and all my family takes their pets here as well.The place is very welcoming; they put my animals name of the welcome board and were waiting for him, excited to meet him. Everyone was very friendly and had my animals' best interest at heart. They also were very fast in getting him an appointment, and he was super happy when he left. Overall, it was a great place, and my animal enjoyed it. Recently my cat had to have a catheter put in here and they were very helpful and talked me through everything. They really care about your pets and help them the best.

Very positive experience overall! Our cat received excellent preventative care and was handled very gently and affectionately.
