Shoutout to Jose! He was able to help me all the way from Vegas! He could've given up on the task but he kept trying to find solutions. Thanks to Jose, our mutual patient will be traveling overseas!

Yesterday, I had to bring my dog Odie to Gateway Pet Hospital as he had blood in his urine. Dr Aradhana Sekhon saw him. He had kidney stones causing the blood. We discussed options and his conditions, age, etc. and I decided to let him cross the Rainbow Bridge. The Dr and all of the staff were so wonderful to me. They gave me time with Odie before and after. I have had a great connection with Eve there ever since I started bringing Odie there after I adopted him in 2021. I highly recommend Gateway Vet Hospital as your place to bring your pets for services.

Wonderful, caring staff who treat my pets like family. My cats can be challenging and they have always gone above and beyond. The vet communication is amazing too-my pets get more individual care than I do at my own doctor! Highly recommend.

Love this place. Everyone here is kind, warm and thoughtful. Even our shy dog loves their staff here better. We brought our cat here too, it seems that their priorities is to treat the pets instead of collecting money. Which is rare nowadays. I’m really glad I found this place, may your business grow! We recently had to put our beloved dog Charlie down. Unfortunately my distraught wife forgot to collect her collar and when I went to get it they had already disposed of it. I was upset because the reception said my wife said she didn't want it. I suggested they never ask but give it to the family to decide. I was prepared to write a bad review. Since then they sent us her ashes and a print of her foot at no charge! We were very moved and my impression that they cared little, in the end, was unfounded given by this incredibly kind gesture. I was wrong due to heaviness of our loss after 16 years of her with us. This is a compassionate vet and we have received excellent care over the years.

Both Dr. Sekhon are wonderful and loving doctors. They took time to get my 10 month old kitten to warm up to them and exam was very gentle. They gave excellent advises regarding my cat's need and answered every questions I have. Would recommend all my friends to take their pets there!

I went last week for the first time, my cat was due for vaccinations and since I've just moved to San Ramon I googled for a vet and saw it had two good reviews... there were different things that upset me during my visit but the worst is that my cat has been really sick for 3 days (more than what is typical after such shots). I was concerned and offered to return next week but she said it was ok. After consulting with another vet, I was told all 3 at once is not a good idea. Also, during the examination she checked his teeth for 5 seconds and told me he needed a dental cleaning (which is ok) and most likely some teeth pulled out... he has been visiting vets often and this is the first time I heard that he needed extractions. I was talking to our usual vet about this as well and she told me she was wrong about the extractions. I am concerned they were trying to recommend unneeded, additional procedures. On a positive note, the receptionist was really nice and helpful during my visit.
