Coronado Pet Hospital

I had to put my 15 yr old Willie Kitty to sleep yesterday. The team here was very compassionate, kind and professional. The cost was very affordable. My vet was closed and I got a referral from a friend and am very grateful I found them. Thank you so much for helping us during an extremely difficult time.

Took my shitzu daisy girl In and while visiting New Mexico my doggies got sick they got me in right away! Heard what I had to say and treated my puppy she is well and happy! Thank you!

Caring and compassionate quality care is what you’ll get here. All four of my dogs are taken care of by Coronado Pet Hospital. All have been seen by Dr. Smith. We had a JRT who was at the end stage of her life last year (she has since passed) and I can’t stress enough how caring and compassionate Dr. Smith was with our dog and us. This hospital is always busy and Dr. Smith seemed especially exhausted, but she always took the time to see our dog and treated her as if she were her own dog. We will always be grateful for her care. We recently rescued a mini Aussie puppy who is very fearful. Everyone has been patient and caring with her as well. She’ll be going in for her spay soon. A friend tried to get me to go to another vet saying they are low cost, but I don’t trust any other place with my dogs’ health. I also have a 4 lb yorkie and two chihuahuas (5 and 6 lb). My 6 lb chihuahuas will be going in for his dental in a week. Each time I’ve gone in, from the front office staff to the techs to the docs, all have been friendly, helpful and showed genuine care for my dogs. Extra kudos to the front office staff, who have to deal with us sometimes panicked and stressed out pet parents, not only in person, but also over the phone.

Amazing staff, I can not speak highly enough of this staff! There was an issue with my daughter's cat, Tiger Lily, and we took her there. They went above and beyond to take wonderful care of her! The Vet Tech (dark blonde and smaller stature) took extra time with my daughter to help walk her through the process, easing her anxiety. I could not thank you all enough!!!

They were so sweet with my new pup victor. He went in for his exam and they were so gental with him and they even gave him cheese to keep him distracted from shots. My old dog was end of life and they were there for us for that as well. These guys are awsome and the all front staff is so nice.

Horrible Dr. ashraf, I took my dog because he was having allergies and a bacterial infection the vet basically just told me it was just allergies and no sign of infection even though it was clearly a skin infection. They just sent me home with an allergy shot but fast forward 2 weeks later his infection got worse so I took my dog to a different vet for another option and easy enough the vet told me it was a common skin infection and gave my dog antibiotics. Do not recommend Coronado pet hospital at all I spent $670 for no treatment. Spent $130 and a different vet for an easy fix.

Absolutely amazing! The staff and doctors were extremely courteous and helpful! Our Siamese is a handful and they were able to make friends with him! Thank you and know he is sorry for being a bad baby at times.
