Fire Mountain Vet is fantastic. I’ve been taking my dog here since 2022 for everything from routine anal gland expression to surgeries. Vets, techs, and staff are always very kind and helpful. They provide lots of options and advise. I really recommend them.

Those who work there are nothing but kind and thoughtful. They have been understanding of my money restrictions but make sure I understand what is important and needs done to keep my fur babies healthy. They are so caring for every pet I have brought in and I'm ever so grateful they're open on Saturdays.

I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my beloved pup, Bernie. We use the facility for routine and urgent care, as well as day-, and overnight boarding. The facility is clean, calm and the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and treat us with kindness and respect. All procedures and charges are clearly explained and they make sure we are comfortable with every aspect of the plan before proceeding with treatment and care. I will continue to recommend Fire Mountain to everyone who brings a new pet family member into their home!

We took our dog and cats there. Please be aware they are a premium vet. They do care about your pets but they will up charge. We found the costs to be extremely high and they pushed a lot of unnecessary products on my dog. We are now at a new vet where the prices are significantly lower and the care is just as good. We had an interaction where the vet tech whispered to us which items were not necessary and had to be quiet so the vets didn’t hear. I lost complete trust after that.

7/2023: Updating… we have 2 new puppies and took them in to FMV immediately. Dr. Sarah was great. Spent additional time discussing helpful hints to help our 14 year old dog accept the pups. Always professional staff. 6/2022: we’ve been coming here for about 5 years since relocating from the OC. Recently one of our dogs was in full heart failure and needed to be put down. The employees were wonderful. There was no rush on the day we scheduled and they made sure it was what was best for our dog. Although a very sad moment for our family the employees were truly compassionate. We opted for the private cremation and the company they use did a wonderful job. The pick up process was pleasant and the remains were beautifully presented with a mold of the paw and a small jar of his fur. We also received a handwritten card about a week after the apt. Such a helpful way to grieve. Thank you Fire Mountain Vets.
