Banfield Pet Hospital

Excellent care (teeth cleaning & xrays) BUT failed to explain why they recommended extractions & proof in the X-rays that were taken…. Will now return to the hospital for detailed explanation that I should have received during checkout IMO…

The staff at Banfield Pet Hospital were so kind and supportive when I brought my dog in. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and truly caring. It made the whole visit stress-free for both me and my pup!

We had a very good experience with this Banfield location. It was the first time that we have visited a Banfield, and they were able to squeeze us in at the last minute. We had recently adopted a rescue cat, and when we got her home, she became sick. Other vets that I called were at least a week out with open appointments. We went into the store late in the afternoon and spoke with the front desk person, who, despite being very busy, was able to give us an appointment the next day. The visit itself was great, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Our kitty is doing well now, and we will certainly be using this Banfield for our other pets. To the staff, thank you so much for everything.

if you care about your animals do not take them to this location. i came in i because i thought my cat has been having an asthma attack once a day for the past week. i showed a video the doctor came did the wellness exam said her breathing sounds "normal" her neck does NOT look extended out ( see the picture below yes it does ) i went home and she proceeded to have 5 asthma attacks in one day. ( see the picture of her struggling to breathe during the attack ) i made an appointment at else where (follow your intuition owners and advocate for your pet) i showed a video immediately diagnosed with asthma. i could not imagine if i let her continue having asthma attacks or possibly not breathe thinking she was okay due to their exam. they brush you off as i see many comments below saying.

When arrived at 8:15 I rung the doorbell several times but could not get attendant to open door I banged on the door still no one opened door, afterwards I rung doorbell again and finally someone let me ib, when I arrived at desk the person told me u would have to cancel appt because I was late, yes I was livid and told him I has been ringing doorbell and banging on door and he Saud the bell does not work at times but the door would open. I did not try the door because in the past the door is locked and u usually ring the bell with no problem. An attendant came out and informed me that my schedule time would be pushed back. I have no complaint with Milo's treatment only when I arrived and trying g to get in.

***They say to contact them by email, but after sending two emails with no response, it becomes clear that no one is interested in helping. The service is bad enough, and the lack of support makes it even worse! Extremely disappointed with the service at Banfield Pet Hospital. Despite the fact that they were trying to take a significant amount of money from me, the diagnosis for my dog was inaccurate. It felt like the veterinarians were conducting tests blindly, without any clear direction or consideration for my pet's well-being. I got the impression that they were more interested in getting as much money out of me as possible, rather than providing quality care. If they don't change their approach, I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

Sabryna. Went above the call of front desk. She was wonderful in getting my pets medicine figured out even though Banfield computer system was in correct.
