I have a dog who has been quite anxious when it comes to veterinary visits. I decided to switch to this location a few months ago. The team at River Rapids pet hospital have far exceeded my expectations with compassion, kindness, and excellent care! My dog actually seems to enjoy going there- which is a huge relief! Recently, my dog needed ACL surgery. The professional process they provided for my little guy helped him get back to enjoying his life again! I highly recommend River Rapids Pet Hospital! So thankful and grateful for the care and support that they provide!

I have been taking my dog Ariel to see Dr.Hale for a few years now, each time has been a great experience for my wallet, myself and my dog. Ariel doesnt dread going to the vet and that speaks volumes to how they treat and care for pets time and time again. They are very passionate about their roles, they are compassionate and understanding, they never rush any choices or decisions and give you guidance when needed. I brought my cat in with a urinary blockage, the team went above and beyond to save him. A truly compassionate and dedicated team Dr. Reid and Dr. Hale are both wonderful as are the rest of team. I am so thankful for them saving my boy! God bless you all! I highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

I am so glad I found this clinic. Dr. Hale and her team are so dedicated and compassionate. My sweet ginger kitty and I have never felt so comfortable at the vet's office as we do here. The environment is very quiet and calm and everyone works very hard to make sure the patient and the pet parent are comfortable. They are straightforward with treatment options and transparent with their pricing, which is quite reasonable given the level of care and attention they provide. My interactions with reception, the vet techs and Dr. Hale are always positive and it's clear how passionate they are about what they do and how knowledgeable they are. They really take the time to educate and inform the client so that we can collaborate on the best care plan for our precious fur babies. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.
