This was our second visit in the last six months, and both experiences have been excellent. During our first visit, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to put our other dog down due to his age and kidney failure. The staff showed genuine compassion, gave us the time we needed to sit with him, and allowed us to say our goodbyes without feeling rushed. It truly felt like they cared about both the pets and the owners not just completing a procedure. On our most recent visit, they were able to get my dog in quickly and did a very thorough exam for my older dog’s arthritis and a lump we were concerned about, they took the time to explain all the available options, including costs, possible outcomes, and benefits. We never felt pressured to spend more money they explained everything clearly and then let us decide what felt right for our dog. We are very grateful for the care, honesty, and kindness they’ve shown our family.

I was gone for 2 days and came back at night to my cat in clear discomfort and he could not pee (he has water fountain and normal water bowl, multiple litter boxes, and auto feeder with camera and Ive traveled many times with this set up). I called around the following morning looking for a vet that could see him ASAP. This vet got him an appointment an hour from when I called. They did all the diagnostics and we decided to go forward with catheter and bladder flush. My cat was so happy when he got home. The difference was night and day. He was so relieved and he is peeing on his own now (although he seems to be sensitive still, hoping he is just sore from catheter). My only complaint is I wish they gave him pain management before they used a needle to take a bladder sample. He was extremely distressed afterwards, heavy breathing, distressed meows, and vomited. I think they did not because they did not know if his kidneys were okay for pain medicine yet. It was $1100 for all his diagnostics, medicines, and treatment. 1,000% worth it for my boy to be comfortable and healthy by the end of it. At other vets I have paid more for less work. They were very up front about how much it would cost too. The meds seem to help him too. Will definitely return for any future issues.

The veterinarian here is so nice and I love his assistant. They were informative, gentle with my dog, and made me feel comfortable in an otherwise scary situation.

The practice manager is gleefully cruel and condescending. Make sure you arrive hat in hand otherwise they will hold your animal's health over your head.

The front staff need to be more courteous, and it will help if you are a bit more kind towards a patient or pet parent. And some of the nurses are horrible. Although the Vet was great. You are a veterinary nurse have some empathy and love towards a loving dog. Maybe it's the owner's skin color that made you dislike the dog. Listen to the pet parents concerns, don't simply disrespect what they are trying to say. Time is important for everyone. If we are there in the middle of the day respect their time and effort.

Our new equine vet, Dr Dixon, is a caring individual who was willing to help with a very difficult situation. Kudos to him!
