Pésimo servicio no regresare jamás a ese sitio ————————— I took my pet a Quaker parrot to file its beak, clip its nails and wings His beak is still bleeding and he cannot eat anything. It cannot be grasped with the beak from either side, apparently it has super sensitive. They didn't even ask us how badly we needed to have their wings clipped. They cut his wings too short and in bad shape The nails were not filed well. Terrible service I will never return to that place
Muy buena atencion.... muy limpio todo
Son muy atento con los animalitos se lo recomiendo
Muy buenos doctores
I do not recommend this veterinary group at all. I had been using them for my dog for 3 years and they have been consistently rude & extremely unaccommodating. The 2 times my dog has needed an urgent appointment they could not be bothered to fit him in. They also price gauge & just do not seem to care about animals at all. Take your beloved fur babies anywhere else!
I wanted to share a sincere note of appreciation following my recent visits. Yesterday, I left feeling very upset due to an uncomfortable interaction at the front desk. However, I felt it was important to follow up today because my dog Luna is currently going through a serious gastrointestinal illness. This past month has been extremely stressful, with ER visits, specialists, and constant care for my baby girl. It has been emotionally and financially draining. That said, today’s experience truly changed my perspective. Dr. Fried and his assistant Danny were incredibly accommodating, patient, and compassionate. Their calm and reassuring approach meant more than I can express during such a frightening time. When you’re caring for a sick pet, kindness and reassurance matter just as much as treatment. I also want to acknowledge the receptionist today, who was very warm and thoughtful. I was worried about having Luna sit in the waiting area with other dogs, and a kind staff member (I wish I had gotten her name) offered to bring us into a room right away. That small gesture made a big difference in keeping Luna comfortable and reducing my stress. Additionally, I truly appreciated the fairness and transparency of today’s pricing. During ongoing medical care, it means a lot to feel supported rather than overwhelmed. Today felt compassionate and humane, and I’m very grateful. Thank you, Dr. Fried, Danny, and the kind receptionist who helped us today. Your empathy and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and it meant so much during a very difficult time.
I am honestly sad to leave this review but I am done this Veterinary group and will be going elsewhere. After reading the fellow negative reviews I have decided to also leave my input as I have experienced the same things. This vet has to be a money grab. The most insane prices I have ever heard!! They told me around $6-7,000 for a spade for my new kitty. How can anyone afford that?? I don’t know if that’s normal, but let’s also factor in that getting your cat looked at by the doctor ALONE is $200 not considering any blood work meds, anesthesia etc. Also….One thing that bothers me Immensely is how they refuse to allow you in an exam room with your pet. I have been with this vet a long time, pre covid, so I know that they adopted this rule during the pandemic and stuck with it. I find it outrageous that I am not aloud to see what is being done to my baby!!! This is my child!!! I won’t be rude or discredit any doctor, but I do want to witness how my baby is treated. Not to mention they wouldn’t even allow me to be in the room while my cat was being put down. Such a sensitive procedure and I am still not aloud to be there??? not to mention it was also gona cost me a good 1k +…to pay that without my presence to calm my baby ??? absolutely not I found a group online who went to my house for $600 and I was able to hold my baby for his last breathes. As someone who once loved this place, had most of my animals come. I highly recommend you GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. They are rude at the front desk with horrible attitudes, and the female doctor judges you. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE 0 STARS .
