Wonderful experience, highly recommended! They are so caring, very friendly, and reasonable . I brought a new born kitten that was abandon at 4 days old they have been so compassionate and taking good care of her ., I also rescued a kitten that was being sold on Craigslist he fell very ill and they saved my boy. He’s healthy now and staff loves when we visit .

Arlington Cat Clinic should be the go to for all cat owners across the northwest suburbs. We have been taking our cats to the clinic for about 4 years now, and with four cats we have had a lot of experience to speak to. Over the years we have worked with all of the ACC vets at some point or another, Dr. Grott, Dr. V, and Dr. Smullen are cat people through and through, they provide a level of care that exceeds anything I have experienced at other practices. All of the office staff are lovely as well. So many vets are more dog-focused, knowing my cats will be taken care of by cat people is very reassuring. Plus the experience of going to a cat-only office certainly helps my cats with the anxiety of going to the vet. We will always take our cats to ACC, if you are a cat owner looking for a primary vet I couldn't recommend them more.

We have been taking our cat Willy to ACC for years. Recently, Willy got sick and we had no idea what was going on. He wasn’t eating, drinking, or acting like himself. The staff at ACC has been kind, thoughtful, and thorough in their approach with diagnosing and treating him. The follow up and check ins to get him additional medication has been outstanding. Willy is finally feeling back to his old self after a very long and emotionally taxing 2 weeks. I highly recommend ACC to take care of your fur babies.

I’m extremely happy with the care that both of my kitties received. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Prior to the appointment, I was nervous of their stress levels on the way to the clinic but Shawnee and Miso were very cuddly and vocal afterwards. The team was so sweet and gentle with each of them. I will highly recommend this place to anyone!!

This clinic has constant doctor turnover, every visit feels like starting over — no one seems to read my cat’s chart or know their history. My cat had a tooth extraction here that wasn’t done correctly and caused a painful infection. Another vet confirmed it was likely due to poor surgical work. They then quoted me over $2,000 to pull more teeth, that turned out to be perfectly healthy per our new clinic. We’ve since switched clinics and are really happy with the care. I would not reccomend this clinic to anyone who truly cares about their cat. I’m heartbroken mine went though what he did.

The care that Moira received was wonderful. She was feeling a bit anxious and the staff took such good care of her. The team was incredibly willing to answer my litany of questions (to the point that I was even getting annoyed with myself) and were so helpful. Such a great team and I will absolutely be bringing my girl back!

We have found our forever vet! It was a seamless experience from beginning to end. The front desk was kind and we were seen right away. The tech was able to gain the trust of our chunker cat, and he was even falling asleep on her arm. Our smaller cat was nervous, but she was also able to calm her down. Dr. Smullen was fantastic. In her thorough examination, she was able to identify the skin issues one cat has been dealing with and figure out a plan for our other cat’s asthma. She was able to answer my questions in depth and identify a diet that was best for them two and treats. I feel confident in entrusting them to take care of my kitties!
