I want to share my experience with petroglyph and all of the staff that came together to treat my boy with the utmost love in his last two months of life. Every single person handled him with care, patience and sincerity. Me and Toby seemed to become on a first-name basis with the front desk staff and the countless times I brought him in, each and every one of them were so kind. They supported me, they supported him, and I can never repay them for that. I’ve had Toby since he was a puppy, and he quickly became my best friend, a few months ago when he stopped eating I brought him in and his issues were taken so seriously and with such care, I couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my baby. Thank you for taking my 400 calls weekly, answering all my questions and ultimately giving my Toby a peaceful goodbye.

Living in a remote area with no access to emergency after hours vet services, I was so blessed to find petroglyph!! My cat had a traumatic head injury and it was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to access care. Connor and Veronica are top notch reception staff. Snuffy was triaged quickly to make sure he was stable. And while there was a wait, the waiting area is comfortable and patient flow is well organized. Veronica and Dr. Ku were efficient and caring. And while I was expecting a hefty visit fee, the bill was very reasonable. Thank you!

Over the last two decades, I have brought nine cats here for care. I have tried other clinics in town, including VCA, but I continue to return here. They stand out by remaining independently owned rather than corporate, and the pricing is fair—largely because they run diagnostics efficiently through their in-house lab. One thing to be aware of is that they will prioritize critical walk-in cases over scheduled appointments. While this can cause a wait, it is a practical policy that ensures animals in crisis get help immediately. It gives me confidence knowing that if my pet had an emergency, they would be seen right away. The staff is also very compassionate during difficult times. When I had to put my cat down, they handled the situation professionally and kindly. They had me use a private side entrance to avoid the lobby and allowed me to hold him throughout the procedure. They provided a respectful environment when it mattered most. I highly recommend them.

Our 3 year old golden retriever just had a stay overnight for testing and observation. The doctor (Dr Stone) was incredibly professional, talked to us about options, and was so thorough. The front office staff is so kind & helpful, especially Veronica and Conner. Petroglyph is truly amazing at what they do, and the kindness they have is one of a kind. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby.

Amazing vets and staff here. Yes it is expensive but they found a thyroid issue with my boxer that her other vet for 7yrs didn't. Unfortunately she was already 11 when this happened and today we had had to say goodbye at 12yrs. Dr Stone and the techs were very compassionate and caring and although we could not have her cross the bridge at home, I'm glad it was here. If or when we get another dog, I hope this place is still open because we will come here.
