I called as my dog was having real bad stomach issues. My dog was well taken care of and prices were reasonable. They noted so staff would know that my dog was deaf. He is feeling so much better now. Thanks to Thrive my dog is acting like himself and eating like himself. I am grateful for the entire staff at this clinic. Thomas, my dog, is much happier due to their prompt care.

Took my 10 year old GSD in due to an infection on his paw. Front staff and tech were great, and the first vet I spoke to was as well. He said that he'd need to consult with the other vet, as surgery was likely necessary. Second vet never came in the room and refused to treat my dog. I was told she will not treat any intact animals and will only treat those that have been sterilized. I was charged $250, given prescriptions and basically told - good luck. On the way out the first vet was kind enough to refer me to another vet, but once I got there and my dog was seen, I learned that all of the prescriptions from 4 Paws were the wrong ones for this type of infection. Wasted an hour of my time and a pocket full of cash.

Everyone was really great. Alex checked us in and the vet were awesome. Glad I found this clinic, I subscribe to Thrive and the discounts really do make a difference.

I called the receptionist w/ couple questions and she was really nice on the phone answering all of my questions and making my appointment. I made an appointment with Dr. Engel. He came in and went on the floor to examine Pluto. Gently & Calmly. Also, answering all of my questions..... (me...thinking WOW veterinarians know so much about dogs/cats & the biology & chemistry side things!). Blows my mind. ....Talking about his dental. Then, Dr. Engle introduced me to Dr. Keppers, to take a quick peek at Pluto's teeth, since she is the dental vet @ this practice. I told them I'll schedule Pluto's dental soon. Checking out was breeze, the two receptionists were very helpful & nice. Thank you to all the attentive, caring staff. I'll be bring my 3 dogs to 4Paws Pet Hospital, from now on. So far so good. Took my six month old kitten for his pre-neuter exam. Highly knowledgeable techs and liked the Vet too. I'll post later when my kittens had his surgery. Post surgery: My Tabby was neutered on Friday February 3, 2023. Dropped him off at 8:00 A.M. it was a smooth check in. I picked him up at 3:00 P.M instructions given clearly. That same evening my cat was in excellent spirits and was just as though he hadn't left home. Today, five days post surgery, he is doing excellently. Thank you 4Paws. Update. Took my Tabby cat, almost one year old to have his claws trimmed. Thomas at 4 Paws said he did very well and that he was a sweet boy. Lovely. We'll be back.

I really like this vet. The first time I took my dog here was because he got bit and my regular vet could not fit him in. Not only did they get him in right away, they were able to get his stint put in and for cheaper than other vets. I have seen them since and they have been great. My cat is old and I took him in. The vet spent an hour with me (this never happens at other vets ive been too). She helped diagnose my cat and get him help and it was more affordable than other places. They do great work and can definitely tell they care.

Every time I reach out to 4 Paws to get my dog an appointment, or something else I need, they are prompt, courteous and friendly. Really kind staff and I sure wish doctors for people were this quick and responsive to getting patients looked at immediately. I emailed 4 Paws yesterday asking for my dog’s vaccination records and planned to follow up with a phone call if I hadn’t received it in a timely fashion. But there was no need! They immediately sent me my dog’s vaccination records back. This place is really wonderful, and we’ve never had a bad interaction with anyone there. I highly recommend 4 Paws!
