I can’t say enough good things about Professional Medical Transport! My sisters and I needed help getting our 87 year old mother to radiation treatment at Community Medical Center. I called and spoke with Richie and he accommodated for a next day appointment and for the full 10 days of appointments. Nettie arrived to do the transport and she was so nice and wonderful with my mom. We felt safe and so much more relaxed with Nettie’s help. We will be using them for all of my mom’s upcoming doctor appointments.

We have used several Medical Transport companies since my father’s fall a year ago. Professional Medical Transport by far is the best, most professional, and on time company! Excellent communication, you know exactly who will be picking you up. Richie and Nettie are so kind, caring, and truly treat you like family. We will be using only them for all of our transport needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Top notch! I was stressing about getting my wheelchair-bound mother to the dmv. Ritchie was an absolute gem and provided professional, courteous and reliable service, which made the trip a breeze. The loading of her in the chair was safe and quick, and the ride was very smooth - no bouncing around. I will absolutely use him again for my future needs! Highly recommend.

Great company! Richie very professional and was over accommodating to my situation. Shower up early for ride and when we were done they were right there.
