No way to give -5 stars. Horrible location. Slow, inefficient staff. They work as if they hate the customers. Only one employee at the desk, and even he steps out to do other stuff. No benches, no chairs. They don’t care. The peons who come to give them their hard-earned money stand in line on a concrete floor, luckily allowed to lean on piles of cardboard boxes. The manager of the location, Lydia Alexander, never bothered to answer the calls, and lied to her own employee about a documented message exchange regarding rented storage. Needs more employees, seating for the waiting peasants, and full over-U-haul of management. Replacing with someone who understands that customers are the heart of every business. Update: there is not even a trash bin in the return area, when you attempt to return the truck clean. The crew couldn’t be less bothered about their job place: I came before 7pm with an intent to change equipment, but the store was dark, door closed, and a clearly disinterested employee came out of a side door, sending me away because "system is already down". Before the end of the work day. How the corporate offices tolerate this management and abysmal level of service - is beyond understanding. Stay away. Disgrace of a location.

I moved a customer in here for them this week very clean facility. Nice staff wide open areas easy for truck parking and you can even rent a truck from them. I have rented plenty in the past and it was always a seamless experience. I highly recommend this location.

The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and kind. He got me all setup and answered all of my questions and even had to restart all over because I changed what I thought I needed and he did it without so much as a sigh. Very nice experience.

I have had minimal issues here and any concerns or assistance needed was met by the employees, especially by Lydia. Very friendly and exceptional customer service! I actually do NOT want to rent from any other location if i need to in the future because i know it will not meet the same standards i have experienced here.

Clean, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great location with outstanding staff members. Very happy with how easy everything went. Five Stars!
