I have had nothing but positive experiences using Pro Transport in Savannah. No matter if a standard dray move, or a specialty haz-mat move, I am always kept informed of every aspect of my shipment from start to finish. they just finished delivery of a 40 ft container in Alpharetta, GA coming from the Savannah Port. This company is A+ Very pleased with their professionalism. they work with and make sure every thing goes right. very reasonable rates. They even refunded the extra time that was not used. They are Pros.

I have been working with the Savannah office on several loads and they have been great and very responsive to request. We had a problem at the port with a container and they jumped right in and got the people at the port repaired and moving for us the same day, so that we could make our appointment time.. Excellent service and great people to work with .

Pro transport is amazing! They are always very professional and kind no matter the situation, and they get the containers to their destination with less headache than any other company I have worked with! Especially Caitlyn Colson! She is the one I mainly work with and she does an incredible job responding and getting any unexpected issues resolved as soon as possible and is incredibly polite and nice to work with. If she ever needs assistance from her coworkers, she gets it right away and they are all very pleasant. Nicholas Bader is also another one I deal with and he is just as eager to assist us any way he can. Definitely recommend Pro Transport!

Ms. Ashlee Dowd is my go to whenever I need my drayage containers pulled from the Savannah area. Outstanding customer service, on-time delivery and they always have the capacity to handle any and all of my freight transportation needs. I could go on forever bragging about the level of service they provide but clearly you see the 5 star rating, so don't hesitate to send freight there way with peace of mind knowing it will be transported safely and on-time!

Pro Transport is the most unprofessional trucking company I have ever experienced. The phone reps are extremely rude and so is the manager Scott. They told me they do not have the man power nor resources to help me track down a container they delivered. I would not recommend them considering they apparently do not have man power to answer a few questions over the phone. Sad people don't want to work or go the extra mile.
