This company is the most professional residential repair organization I have ever worked with. I had a 25 year old Dumb-Waiter that sounded like it was falling apart when it was operational. I called Vertical Transportation based on great reviews. They scheduled a technician on a day that worked for me at my request because I had other work being done at my house and it allowed me to stay home one day instead of two. The tech was knowledgeable and fixed an issue that someone less skilled would not have. Unfortunately parts for these are hard to come by. He was efficient and very customer friendly. I highly recommend this company if you want quick, fairly priced and competent work done!

We have used Vertical Transport for over 5 years and the customer service is exceptional! Recently there was an error code on the panel and Conrad was at our door within a couple of hours. Barbara in the office was amazing and we are so grateful as my husband is 88 and has significant mobility challenges.

We recently moved and needed to find an elevator maintenance company to do a complete inspection and repair if necessary. Their technician was VERY knowledgeable and shared with us what he was doing and at the end a summary of the work he did. Fortunately, this was not one of those "oh, you need SO much expensive work." He said our elevator was in good condition. So all things considered, we are VERY happy with their service.
