All appointments are handled professionally and the team really cares about their clients and their specific needs. I highly recommend them!
Both times they came to pick my grandma up they were over half an hour late or early. The first time they were late the driver stayed to pick us up. The time they were early the driver drove somewhat recklessly and left us at the hospital. I’ve been waiting with my grandma for over an hour now and the driver had ignored my first 4 calls.
Used Steady Hand to transport a loved one. They were reliable, on-time, and very friendly. Would recommend their medical transportation to loved ones.
