My wife and I worked with Chariots of hire for our transportation method during our wedding. Our driver made it a breeze to get our gets to and from our wedding venue! They were very professional and we had no issues! We highly recommend working with this company for your transportation needs!

I was very disappointed in our experience with Chariots of Hire today. We booked this for my daughters wedding dress shopping. There were 6 people, one of which is pregnant and her grandmother of 86. It started with the A/C not working when the driver arrived. To say the back was hot is an understatement, it was already 85 degrees outside. We were literally 5 minutes from driving ourselves to avoid being late. After our second appointment we wanted to take some time to relax and talk about other wedding plans. This was impossible as once again it was too hot to stay in the van. For the amount of money I paid to rent this, I would have expected a van with a working A/C. The driver was very sweet but didn’t seem comfortable to be honest. I appreciate he was able to get it working, after contacting the manager several times, on the ride home, but honestly it should have been addressed and checked while we were in an appointment to be sure it was working. If I had it to do over, I would have picked another company.

Very great to work with. Had a three-day event, and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely refer them.

We used Chariots of Hire to go from our horse camp to Nashville. Nancy was awesome as our driver! We enjoyed her knowledge of history she shared with us and joined us at the Gaylord Hotel to give us a tour. She went above and beyond!

Your communication regarding the plan and timing prior to the wedding gave me confidence that everything was going to be great and the execution was flawless! THIS WAS THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT EVER! I SPENT A SMALL FORTUNE hiring two of their buses/drivers for my daughter’s wedding. The driver for the wedding party was amazing, however the driver for my family bus was awful. She was at least 15 mins late at the hotel for pick up, then made everyone wait while she used the bathroom. She GOT LOST on the way to the church almost making my entire family late for the wedding!! She also GOT LOST AGAIN on the way to the reception driving 15 mins in the wrong direction, then another 15 mins back and the venue was already 30 mins away so my whole family missed cocktail hour. She was rude and yelling at my family the entire time when they were telling her she was lost. I was told that the owner (Bill) would "take care of me" but he has never called me. I spoke with him briefly and he was to get back with me and has not done so. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else!!

Had to book at last moment to take my softball team out to the state tournament. Very friendly staff and driver. Very efficient with billing and communication. I would highly recommend giving this company your business if you transportation needs in the East Tennessee area.
