Extremely unprofessional and disturbing experience. After a dangerous interaction involving one of this company’s drivers, I went to their facility to address the situation. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the owner escalated it. I was spoken to dismissively, mischaracterized, and most concerning photographed without my consent. When I objected, I was told it was allowed. The owner later made false claims that I recorded video of the interaction, which is completely untrue. There is no video. Making accusations like that to deflect responsibility is dishonest and troubling, especially for someone running a company that operates vehicles on public roads. Rather than taking accountability or showing concern for safety, the focus was on defending the driver at all costs and attempting to intimidate me. Being on the phone with a witness the entire time only reinforced how inappropriate and aggressive the interaction was. A company’s "years in business" mean nothing if customers are treated this way. I left feeling disrespected, blamed, and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects professionalism, transparency, or basic respect.

Rude people working here, had a steel cable seal on trailer and asked one of the workers for a seal cutter and rudely told me to move my trailer and get out of his way.. than the women forklift came and told me every driver usually have there own seal cutter and that they dont have one, told her will tell broker that im being refused to get unloaded just because of a seal that shipper provided and omg little do u know, they went running and grabbed the seal cutter immediately. 0/5 fast unloading but rude people

If answering questions regarding tracking is annoying to your company, you should make it available online for those that are receiving material. Customer service 2/10.

This trucking company is a joke. They do not follow directions, they do not return calls, and they do not meet deadlines. I would not use this company for any reason. Stay away!!!!

Very quick unload, I go here weekly and never had any issues
