These geniuses left a pallet of expensive electrical materials sitting in front of our business on a Saturday. Our operating hours are clearly posted on the door. No phone call, no attempt to ring the video doorbell — they just dumped the pallet outside, right off a public street in an industrial area. Thankfully, I noticed it on the security cameras and was able to drive to work to move it before anything was stolen. To make matters worse, the pallet and materials looked like they had been kicked around and fallen off a truck. The pallet was completely unwrapped, with empty boxes left behind, meaning parts had fallen out — and they didn’t bother to repackage anything. Totally careless and unprofessional.

Last week, we used central to pick up blank rims from our polisher at Compton. Central Transport picked up 2 well packed pallets, the BOL shows two! When Central's truck showed up at our location, we saw 4 pallets of rims, three small poorly stacked rims and one tightly packed pallet, regardless the paper shows only 2 pallets. Obviously, one of the 2 well pallets was re-stacked on 3 broken wood pallets, full of nails. Due to their mishandling, a lot of expensive rims were damaged! Why they break the original pallet? If it was the size issue, why they picked up pallets to start with? To leave my notes out of the originally singed BOL, my signature was replaced with someone else signature. Is this the correct practice for Central Transport? BRAKE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, FORGE THE RECEIVER'S SIGNATURE, Don't use Central Transport! or You will pay dear price!

Yo I got a few reviews under my belt. So don’t listen to these other folks. The central transport from Hayward is fantastic. Always prompt, friendly and safe. They take care of the small details and that makes a difference. Remember if you got it. A trucker brought it.

They contacted me as soon as my shipment arrived and loaded me up with no problem. Items arrived in perfect working order. The only reason for four stars was the hassle of trying to get it shipped to my residence instead of having to go to their main warehouse.

I wish that I could give this company a negative star rating. I have called 3 times today and have sat on hold for 30 min each time. I have other customers and people calling in so I can't sit here on hold all day long. The reason I am trying to get in touch is because my customers product has been sitting on their dock for 3 weeks and they have not called him to schedule an appointment. How on earth is this company still in business. It sounds like they simply do not care about their customers at all or are so ill managed that they can't do any better. This is crazy.

Driver doesn't know what he should pick up, and took an extra pallet saying he is also with another carrier, now they refuse to return the pallet and want me to pay nearly $200 to return from within the same zip code, just a few miles away. I asked if they can re-route it to its final destination, yeah but the cost is nearly $600 while my original quote from another carrier is only $194.ridiculous! I think It's rational and reasonable to think they took extra pallets on purpose and trying to earn the money of returning or rerouting.
