MCJ Transportation

"In Massachusetts, the state law limits a student's ride in a special education van to no more than one hour each way" MCJ thought picking my ASD/ADHD son at 5:45a for school drop off time of 7:45 was acceptable. They also thought that him being dropped off about 4/4:30p was acceptable when his dismissal is 1:45. MA law states no more than 1hr allowed for traveling to/from school in a special education van. Also, their communication was not great. They called me 3x asking my address and what school my child was attending. They had a month to get it all situated. I got the info the day before about 2p that a driver will be there at 5:45a the next day. Update: 11/5/2025 - new company picked up my son 7a. Drop off in the afternoon was 2:20p. No need for a week to get it situated. Also the call was 3x in one day!! That wasn't including the other 3x we had already spoken.

I’m always impressed by the spirit of community and sense of caring that exudes from all employees of MCJ Transportation. It’s such a well run company with an emphasis on helping their local communities. I’ve seen them so many times serving, donating, and giving back. Highly recommend MJC Transportation.

MCJ has the best staff and very reliable. This company cares for all families and students. They give to the community as well for many years. The drivers are safe driver on the road and on time so students can get their education. I definitely trust my children with all MCJ drivers.

I worked with MCJ for a while and they were so kind, compassionate, but most importantly more me, they were great communicators. When they would be a little late or early, they let everyone know. The drivers (Louis and Santo) were so awesome and accommodating. Everyone here is simply nice, and that is rare these days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking good van services! I absolutely love this company! They are so kind and supportive to my son. Very grateful for the help they provide. They make sure I am comfortable with the people transporting my child and notify me of all changes within a reasonable amount of time. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
