If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I went to the store in West Hartford Center on Saturday to pay my balance for storage of my coat. The extremely rude wife of one of the owners (older blonde woman) was sitting behind the desk when I came in. She barely acknowledged my presence. When I explained I was there to pay my storage bill, she told me the storage facility wasn’t open on Saturday, and therefore she had no way to look up my balance. When I asked how it was possible that in 2025 she had no way to access that information for me, her only response was that she could try to call the manager of the storage facility at home. I told her not to bother, because I would be retrieving my coat as soon as the storage facility was open. To that, she responded that I would have to keep my coat in a storage bin because they were the only storage facility except for one in New Jersey. That was a complete lie. There are five others in Massachusetts alone. I will be taking my coat to one of them next week.

Called to ask a question about selling fur coats, was told she didn’t know anything about selling old fur coats, went to ask another question and was hung up on.
