Su servicio al cliente es más menos bien ,por ejemplo la última vez que fui quería comprar un sombrero, estaba donde todos los sombreros ,ya tenía una elección para que me mostrarán pero alguien estaba antes que yo , entonces espere mi turno,y cuando era mi turno la persona que atiende en los sombreros se fue sin decir nada ,entonces espere como 15 minutos y buscar alguien que me ayudara ,la persona que atendió su trabajo fue excelente. Sus precios son caros

I came into Cavender’s twice today and had the absolute BEST customer service both times! Earlier today I stopped by with my fiancé’s mom — we were just killing some time — but we ended up leaving with a new hat each because the experience was that good. Don helped us out and WOW, he was incredible. He shaped our hats exactly how we wanted and was just the kindest man. Later on, we came back with the whole crew and my fiancé got a new hat too — once again, Don helped him out and made the whole process easy and fun. Their selection of clothes, hats, boots and whatever else was fantastic!! And truly, every single person in that store was amazing. I could name every employee for their kindness! At checkout, Jaqueline took care of us and she has the sweetest soul. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you’re met with warmth, genuine smiles, and people who clearly love what they do. I have never experienced such kind and genuine service anywhere… and I’m from CANADA! Thank y’all for everything — seriously. Temple is lucky to have a team like this. The next time I’m in town, I’ll absolutely be back. Until then, cheers to you all, and be VERY proud of your employees! 🤠
