Completely unacceptable experience. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive, and instead of helping, she decided to lecture me about how we "do not care." That alone says everything you need to know. There was zero professionalism, zero accountability, and absolutely no customer service skills on display. If you don’t value customers or basic respect, you probably shouldn’t be running a business. I won’t be back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting courtesy or common decency.

I went in the yippie ki yay today to exchange a pair of pants that I had bought the day prior. The pair of pants that I bought were slim straight so they were not fitting as I would like. While I was in the store, I tried a new pair of pants on to exchange the other ones. The owner kc then knocked on the changing room door to ask if everything fit, how I liked. I replied, yes, that should have been the end of the conversation. It sadly, was not. She proceeded to ask if I would step out and show her that everything fit properly. I didn't think much of it at the time. As I stepped out, she proceeded to tell me that I should lose my belly and lose a little weight because at my weight as a man, no woman will be attracted to me. She then had the audacity to show me an "exercise" to help me lose my belly fat, and that manners would not be enough to charm a lady, keep in mind, I was in the store the previous day with my girlfriend. To say the least, I will not be going back to a store that i've been going to for months, because the owner was blatantly rude and disrespectful to somebody that was spending their money in her store.

Kc is very rude! Watched me like a Hawk yesterday. Seem to me like she thinks your going to steal from her. Very overpriced for Shelby you can go to boot barn for same price.

I don’t know what y’all are talking about the owner being rude she is a very nice person helped me and everything and I’ve went there multiple times and they’ve always been welcoming

Just left this boutique due to the rudeness of the older lady that waited on us after being on the phone and ignoring us when we first arrived. She was very condescending and snobbish. Then while waiting on us walked away to answer the phone again without saying a word. So out we went. Too bad as the store had some cute items, however, I will never go back and will be sure to share my experience.

5 STARS! I mainly interacted with the owner and she was very nice and knowledgeable about all of her products. I had never owned a pair of boots before but she helped me find a great pair that would fit my needs. I could tell she was very passionate about her business and the products that she sold and trusted their quality. She was very kind and I feel like I made a new friend. I will definitely be back!
