K-BAM Exotic Pet Store

I can’t even begin to tell you how above and beyond Trent, the owner of the store, went above and beyond expectations to make sure I was taken care of. I bought a young Chinchilla from him who I affectionately named Bella. But she suddenly passed about 2 weeks after I got her (I don’t blame the store whatsoever, these things can just happen). But I called Trent the morning after she passed and he immediately offered his sincere condolences and offered me not only just another Chinchilla, but he through in a bag of high quality food and supplements too to make up for my loss. I truly can tell that he’s in the pet business because he loves animals and he cares about people and his customers. I couldn’t be more thankful to him, and his staff her just as phenomenal! This is also BY FAR the coolest and best selection in any pet store I’ve ever been in! Chances are if you’re looking for something specific or exotic, he has it, and all the animals looked very healthy and were in appropriate enclosures. I live 2 hours away and I will definitely be back! I can’t recommend this place enough! Thankyou K-BAM Exotics and thankyou so much for everything Trent!

Everyone in the store is so friendly/ welcoming and very informative/ helpful when it comes to getting a new pet. We drove an hour away to get a crested gecko for my son’s 10th birthday because this store was recommended so highly and I was able to get all the supplies we needed. We are loving our new little family member.

The BEST pet shop around!! My kids wanted a fish tank and I wanted it to be something other than the standard ones you see at petsmart. The people at K-Bam helped me pick out fish that could coexist and taught me how to care for them. They have a huge selection of fish and other animals that look clean and well cared for

There’s nothing I love more than true local business. The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staying with us the whole time explaining all the variations of spiders, geckos ,turtles ect. The owner went above and beyond to explain how to set up the proper tank for my son’s turtles. They have a very large selection of "critters" and it’s honestly amazing! I could walk around in there all day! Thank you for helping us find the perfect birthday turtles for my boy as well as setting us up for a happy successful future with them! 10/10

This store is SO cool! I went in randomly with my family and immediately fell in love with it. All the different animals were amazing, and the worker taught us so much about snakes and other animals. He even let us gently touch the python - she was so pretty! The prairie dogs were my favorite because they were absolutely adorable. We even got to see how a snake catches its prey and digests it, which was so interesting. I would definitely go back. Such a cool place!

I was in there this afternoon and both guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. I drove almost 2 hours there to get feeder mice for my 2 month old pastel clown ball python and one of the men (I'm assuming he was the owner) explained the type of mice they sell and why they sell that particular type so that I would be educated on the food I was feeding my baby ball. Im definitely coming back, and will absolutely recommend this place to all of my reptile owning friends! (Included: Picture of my baby ball, Jelly Noodle)

We love this pet store! Always something new to check out. Our daughter requested to come check out the zoo room for her birthday. We hauled four 10 yr old girls to check it out! A total must for $5 a person. Such cool snakes and even two adorable monkeys! Thanks Justin and Alex for making it a fun trip for the girls!
